<h3> On July 26th 2018, about 30 English teachers from Jinghe New City came to Jingganzhen Middle School to take part in the 2018 Summer Training, even through it's very hot outside.</h3><h3> 2018年7月26日，戶外溫度高達(dá)40攝氏度，涇河新城2018年暑期教師培訓(xùn)順利開展。參與本次培訓(xùn)的各校共計(jì)30余名初中英語教師按時到達(dá)會場。</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center; "><font color="#b04fbb">（一）</font></h1> In the morning, the advanced teacher Mr.Zhang, who has been teaching for 36years , gave us an excellent speech. what he said really opened our eyes.To learn English is necessary, because our country is still not well developed, and we need to communicate with others. To be a qualified teacher is necessary but not easy, so we should try hard to teach. We can read English newspaper every week to know the latest topic and . We can read the text in class until they can read the text fluently.</h3> <h3> Second, we should read the New Curriculum Standard carefully and have a clear mind about the demands. such as, how many English words should be grasped?（1500）How many topics should be mastered?（24）Which level should be reached when students will take the senior high school entrance examination?（Level 5）and so on.</h3> <h3> Third, we should speak only English in class, we can make full use of different kinds of means to make students know, like pictures, body language and so on.</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center; "><font color="#ed2308">（二）</font></h1><h1 style="text-align: center; "><font color="#ed2308">楊云老師的微型示范課</font></h1><h1 style="text-align: center; "><font color="#ed2308">《Lesson11 Lily learns about China》</font></h1> <h3>Yang Yun, a beautiful lady from Chongwen Middle School, show us a wonderful Micro class named <b><i><font color="#39b54a">Lily Learns About China</font></i></b></h3> <h3> So charming! We have a gerneral conception about how to have a micro class, how to present our lesson, and what we should know about New Curriculum Standard.</h3><h3>We know we must improve our abilities in oral English and teaching skills. We believe we can be better.
