<h1>        為高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高質(zhì)量的開展好我校解放思想大討論活動，進(jìn)一步加強教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)和教師隊伍管理，規(guī)范我校教職工的職業(yè)行為，增強教師以身立教、創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)的責(zé)任感和使命感，爭做“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎實學(xué)識、有仁愛之心”的“四有”教師，五營區(qū)第三小學(xué)把師德教育作為教師開學(xué)的第一課，在3月5日下午，隆重召開了“踐師德 . 鑄師魂”新學(xué)期師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)動員大會，以此來鞏固和增強師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)的實效性。</h1> <h1>        會議由王俊玲書記主持，她強調(diào)大會目的在于動員全體教師“立師德、正師風(fēng)、樹形象”，解放思想，樹牢“四個意識”、堅定“四個自信”、堅決做到“兩個維護(hù)”，嚴(yán)令禁止在職教師違規(guī)有償補課及收受學(xué)生、家長禮品禮金、亂訂教輔資料等問題。</h1> <h1>會議共有五項議程：</h1><h1> 第一項：楊紅梅校長做了熱情洋溢的動員講話，她要求教師們要充分認(rèn)識開展師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)活動的重要性和必要性，圍繞做一個有良心的教師，做一個有責(zé)任心的教師、做一個有本領(lǐng)的教師目標(biāo)，創(chuàng)辦人民滿意的教育。讓全體教師明確了此次活動的意義。</h1> <h1><span class="s7" style="font-size: 16px; font-size: 16px; white-space: normal; line-height: 19.200000762939453px; font-family: 仿宋; text-align: justify; text-indent: 32px;">決心。</h1> <h1>        第五項：楊校長代表學(xué)校與全體教師簽訂了“踐師德.鑄師魂，做四有好老師”師德師風(fēng)責(zé)任狀和“治理教育三亂”承諾書。全體教師莊嚴(yán)承諾：一定要按照責(zé)任狀和承諾書上的內(nèi)容認(rèn)真查擺自身問題，有則改之，無則加勉，以良好的師德師風(fēng)形象向黨和人民交上一份滿意的答卷。</h1> <h1>  第三小學(xué)“踐師德.鑄師魂”主題師德教育，緊密結(jié)合學(xué)校教師崗位職責(zé)要求，使全體教師從思想和道德的高度進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識到師德師風(fēng)工作的重要性，進(jìn)一步樹立了強烈的責(zé)任心、進(jìn)取心、事業(yè)心，強化了愛崗敬業(yè)意識，確立了終身學(xué)習(xí)的理念，達(dá)到了自我學(xué)習(xí)、自我提高的目的，促使大家努力爭做一名師德高尚、作風(fēng)優(yōu)良、行為世范的好教師!</h1>
