font-size: 17px; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></span></b></h3><h3><span style="font-size: 17px;"><b> 2020年2月2日，很多人都在議論這個(gè)特殊對(duì)稱日，而對(duì)我來(lái)說，卻意義非凡。一場(chǎng)突如其來(lái)的新冠肺炎疫情在武漢爆發(fā)，頃刻間席卷中華大地。這是一個(gè)沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，新聞里每一個(gè)數(shù)字的背后都是一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活的生命。作為一名重癥專科護(hù)士，就像看到戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)的戰(zhàn)士一樣，看在眼里，痛在心里。在接到護(hù)士長(zhǎng)支援武漢前線自愿報(bào)名的通知后，沒有與家人商量就第一時(shí)間報(bào)名參戰(zhàn)，并有幸成為安陽(yáng)市第一批援鄂先鋒隊(duì)的一員。就是在這個(gè)特殊的日子里，我與河南省第二批援鄂醫(yī)療隊(duì)一起登上了去武漢的飛機(jī)。</b></span></h3> <h3><b> 我被分派到華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)院中法新城院區(qū)，是這次新冠肺炎危重癥患者定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院。已經(jīng)有十幾年重癥護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的我，原本很自信地認(rèn)為可以從容面對(duì)一切護(hù)理工作，但在第一次交班過后，跟老公視頻時(shí)忍不住哭了。情況遠(yuǎn)比我想象的更艱難，防護(hù)服內(nèi)缺氧導(dǎo)致頭特別疼，負(fù)重操作難度很大，脫了防護(hù)服后渾身上下早已濕透了，雙氧水漱口漱到干嘔，酒精噴灑在臉頰上，甚至眼睛里，刺痛感伴隨著淚水嘩嘩地流......我感覺壓力好大，尤其脫防護(hù)服時(shí)心里充滿了恐懼感，但手上動(dòng)作依然小心翼翼地聽從感控老師的指導(dǎo)，完成好脫防護(hù)服操作。病毒看不見摸不著，生怕自己因?yàn)槭韬龆腥?，也?dān)心家里未滿四歲的女兒。</b></h3> <h3><b> 我只是換了身衣服，換了個(gè)地方，做著像之前一樣平凡的工作。而比我們更艱難的，是對(duì)抗病毒的患者。他們沒有親屬的陪護(hù)，身體忍受著病痛的折磨，眼神里充滿了無(wú)助和寂寞。從業(yè)護(hù)理工作15年，第一次感受到身上肩負(fù)著強(qiáng)烈的使命感，驅(qū)使著我不顧一切地戰(zhàn)斗。在與同濟(jì)醫(yī)院的老師并肩作戰(zhàn)邁步前行時(shí)，我學(xué)到了什么是勇敢和擔(dān)當(dāng)。我會(huì)用我的能量去溫暖每一位患者，每一聲親切的問候，每一次精心的治療，每一個(gè)堅(jiān)定的微笑，都飽含我的心意，在這里，我會(huì)用我的專業(yè)去守護(hù)好每一位患者，做一名更合格的護(hù)士。</b></h3> <h3><b> <span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我是一名從事護(hù)理工作15年的老兵，沒想到再次來(lái)武漢是以這種方式。</span></b></h3><h3><b> 今天是下午三點(diǎn)的班，從吃完中午飯就不敢喝一口水，怕在班上有什么不必要的麻煩。走之前做了充分的準(zhǔn)備，把已經(jīng)剪短的頭發(fā)盤好，紙尿褲穿上，盡量做好上班的準(zhǔn)備。我們住的地方是漢陽(yáng)區(qū)鐵橋廣場(chǎng)維也納酒店，去的醫(yī)院是華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)院中法院區(qū)，中間的車程最少20分鐘，所以我們刨去穿防護(hù)服的時(shí)間最少需要提前1.5小時(shí)出門。</b></h3> <h3><b> 直接刷門禁卡走醫(yī)務(wù)人員專用通道，換上洗手衣，然后開始武裝，感控老師很認(rèn)真地把我的頭發(fā)又梳了梳，盤的發(fā)髻不能太高，太高的話帽子會(huì)包不嚴(yán)下面的頭發(fā)，太低的話前面的額頭包不住。然后開始從上到下一層一層地穿。先帶N95口罩，兩層外科帽子，由于碎頭發(fā)太多，帽子下面又粘了兩層膠帶，也是我個(gè)子高的原因，洗手衣的袖子和褲腿都是短半截，同樣也是用膠帶封得嚴(yán)嚴(yán)的，穿第一層鞋套，第一層橡膠手套，緊接著就是防護(hù)服，第二層PE手套和鞋套，然后就是外科手術(shù)衣、外科口罩，兩層手套，護(hù)目鏡，鞋套，防護(hù)面屏，最后再帶一層手套和鞋套，穿好衣服我已經(jīng)熱得不行了，整個(gè)過程差不多用了一小時(shí)。</b></h3> <h3><b> 準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)病房，兩兩一組，過五道門才能進(jìn)去病區(qū)，這個(gè)病區(qū)2月3號(hào)九點(diǎn)開始收治，大概50多位病人，今天上班治療比較多，進(jìn)來(lái)10分鐘我的衣服已經(jīng)全濕透了（我還是一個(gè)不怎么出汗的人），緊接著我的護(hù)目鏡起霧，有汗珠在隨著頭的移動(dòng)來(lái)回滾動(dòng)，從穿上防護(hù)服到現(xiàn)在頭一直都是疼的，那個(gè)N95口罩是完全不透氣地勒著，整個(gè)腦袋都處于一個(gè)缺氧的狀態(tài)，上班全程張口呼吸，用鼻子呼氣根本就滿足不了腦供養(yǎng)的需求，心里挺害怕的，怕張口呼吸沒有了進(jìn)鼻時(shí)的防御屏障，恐怕把病毒全吸進(jìn)去，下班一問大家全都是張口呼吸。護(hù)理治療基本都是輸液穿刺套管針等等，大概有五六位病重的，沒有插管，只帶著心電監(jiān)護(hù)。</b></h3> <h3><b> 到點(diǎn)換班脫防護(hù)服是最危險(xiǎn)的環(huán)節(jié)，每次開門都要用酒精消毒門拉手，手消毒之后再開，開一次門需要脫一層相對(duì)來(lái)說污染的防護(hù)用品，然后手套和鞋套都脫完后換個(gè)外科口罩和帽子再出去，最后用酒精消毒耳朵和鼻子后走出最后一道門。</b></h3><h3><b> 剛出去就接到靳書記的電話，詢問了今天情況，再次感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心和支持，在外地能接到家里的電話感到無(wú)比的溫暖。等人員齊全回酒店已經(jīng)夜里11點(diǎn)了。</b></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
