<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">尊敬的家長朋友：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 感謝你們在我縣全民抗擊新冠肺炎疫情的特殊戰(zhàn)疫中，主動與廣大教育工作者并肩守望、共同擔當，教育孩子科學防疫，激發(fā)孩子愛國情懷，指導孩子線上學習，呵護孩子身心健康；感謝你們長期以來對學校教育工作的關愛理解、傾力支持和積極配合。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 根據縣教育局《關于做好全縣中小幼兒園復課及疫情防控工作的通知》的文件和會議精神，結合我校實際，定于2022年10月16日(星期日）恢復正常線下教學。為切實保障返校后師生的身體健康和生命安全，筑牢校園群防群控的安全防線，現(xiàn)將我校恢復線下教學活動有關疫情防控措施告知如下，希望得到您的支持和配合。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;"> 一、復課時間</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0); font-size: 20px;">10月16日（星期日，按星期五課表上課）</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 二、錯峰上下學</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);"> 為切實做好校園及周邊疫情防控，學校將執(zhí)行錯峰上學、放學制度，請各位家長和同學們積極配合，堅持做到“師生進出校門全程佩戴好口罩、保持1米間距，家長務必在指定區(qū)域接送學生，并全程佩戴口罩、不扎堆、不聚集。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">參加課后服務：18:20</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 三、返校復課要求</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">1.不在中高風險地區(qū)或封控區(qū)、管控區(qū)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">2.本人和共同居住人員沒有發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咽痛、流涕、腹瀉等疑似癥狀。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">3.所有師生須持行程碼、健康碼及48小時以內的核酸檢測陰性證明（打印在一張）返校。師生手持打印的報告單，在校門口由值周老師查驗無誤后入校。（班級上交紙質版，每張注明班級、姓名。A4紙打印）</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">4.接送學生的家長不可入校，盡量遠離學校大門口，以防造成交通擁堵，保持一米線安全距離，避免扎堆聚集。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">5.家長務必確保學生往返學校做好自我防護措施，堅持學校、家庭兩點一線，減少非必要的外出。盡量避免乘坐公共交通工具，建議步行或家長接送。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">6.所有學生務必全程佩戴口罩，不用手接觸口、鼻、眼等部位。進校門時，必須聽從安保人員統(tǒng)一指揮，間隔1米排隊測量體溫，體溫正常方可進入校園。如有發(fā)熱、干咳、渾身乏力等癥狀者，須即時就醫(yī)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">7.各班學生到班級門口必須進行二次復溫，做好晨午檢登記，體溫無異常方可進班。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 四、復課學生準備</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">1.給孩子準備一個隨身“防疫包”，里面有口罩2-3個，消毒紙巾、濕巾等。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">2.學生提前做開學相關準備，帶齊上學所需的文具、打印好的兩碼核酸證明和隨身“防疫包”。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">3.每天來校前，學生要在家檢測體溫，如有發(fā)熱現(xiàn)象，第一時間告知班主任，否則，帶來的后果家長將承擔相應的責任。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">4.每位同學做好儀容儀表整理工作，著校服，佩戴紅領巾，以良好的精神面貌重返校園，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">5.課間不聚集、不扎堆，不串班活動。保持間距排隊入廁，入廁后要洗手。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">6.學生在校期間出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱癥狀，學校將啟動應急預案，請家長務必保持手機暢通，出現(xiàn)緊急情況時學校通知特定部門將學生送到醫(yī)院發(fā)熱門診進行核酸檢測、留觀。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">7.為做好校園疫情防控工作，確保師生健康安全，根據上級要求，結合學校實際情況，封閉管理校園，外來人員一律不得進入校園，師生進入校園后，放學前不得離開校園。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">五、特殊情況要求</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 18px;">有以下情況的暫緩返校：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 18px;">1.返校前7天有中高風險區(qū)旅居史的師生員工（含其共同居住家庭成員）；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 18px;">2.有發(fā)熱、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）覺減退、腹瀉等癥狀的師生員工。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 18px;">3.集中隔離或居家隔離的師生，解除隔離后持24小時內核酸檢測陰性證明方可入校。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);
