color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">青年隊(duì)是1957年青年農(nóng)場(chǎng)（8511農(nóng)場(chǎng)前身）創(chuàng)立的生產(chǎn)隊(duì)。1958年，王震將軍率領(lǐng)十萬(wàn)轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)官兵開(kāi)赴北大荒，20多名轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)官兵投身到青年隊(duì)的生產(chǎn)建設(shè)中，他們?cè)谶@里創(chuàng)造了輝煌的業(yè)績(jī)，一度成為黑龍江墾區(qū)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)隊(duì)，是墾區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣，這與轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)官兵們的艱苦奮斗是密不可分的。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">呂國(guó)英同志，是黑龍江墾區(qū)大名鼎鼎的畜牧專家，在奶牛飼養(yǎng)上取得了矚目的成績(jī)。從1974年開(kāi)始，在8511農(nóng)場(chǎng)青年隊(duì)工作的六年時(shí)間里，創(chuàng)造了輝煌的成就，“低奶量培育母犢?！钡目蒲许?xiàng)目取得成功，他在全國(guó)奶牛育種會(huì)議上做了技術(shù)推廣，該成果1980年在全國(guó)得到推廣應(yīng)用。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">奶牛繁育新技術(shù)探索和應(yīng)用，大大提高了奶牛的育種率。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">高水分飼料玉米籽粒濕貯獲得成功，解決了玉米晾曬難題。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">上世紀(jì)八十年代牛奶單產(chǎn)公關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式飛躍，群體奶牛平均每頭年產(chǎn)奶從3.2噸增長(zhǎng)到5噸，又從5噸提高到6.78噸。在全省處于領(lǐng)先地位。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">由他主持的這些成果，在國(guó)內(nèi)都是首創(chuàng)。?</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:20px;">呂國(guó)英是1992年獲得享受國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼的專家。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">2022年榮獲黑龍江省奶業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)授予的全省唯一一名奶業(yè)大工匠杰出人物證書。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"><span class="ql-cursor">?</span>在頒發(fā)證書辭中寫到:曾在全國(guó)首創(chuàng)”100公斤牛奶培育母犢牛技術(shù)"，在全國(guó)首創(chuàng)“高水份玉米濕貯技術(shù)”和“高產(chǎn)奶牛全青貯日糧技術(shù)”。其首創(chuàng)技術(shù)如星火燎原，普惠黑龍江省農(nóng)墾、黑龍江省乃至全國(guó)的奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:20px;">呂國(guó)英退休后，仍堅(jiān)持在奶牛生產(chǎn)一線奔忙，先后在千牧、雙峰牧場(chǎng)、金沙牧場(chǎng)、將軍牧場(chǎng)任高級(jí)技術(shù)顧問(wèn)，由他參與指導(dǎo)的奶牛單產(chǎn)“九噸工程”項(xiàng)目，被黑龍江墾區(qū)樹(shù)為典型推廣。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:20px;">在將軍牧場(chǎng)工作期間,在總經(jīng)理牟成武的大力支持，研發(fā)實(shí)施了將全株玉米青貯作為奶牛粗飼料唯一來(lái)源的新技術(shù)。此舉在全國(guó)成為獨(dú)創(chuàng)，提高了奶牛單產(chǎn),經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著提高。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(176, 79, 187);">△呂國(guó)英工作的將軍牧場(chǎng)</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">呂國(guó)英同志1938年在河北阜城出生，1954年初中畢業(yè)后，胸懷滿腔熱血報(bào)名參軍。在新兵中，文化較高，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀，被選送到中國(guó)人民解放軍長(zhǎng)春機(jī)要學(xué)校深造一年。畢業(yè)后成為中國(guó)人民海軍的一名機(jī)要兵。1958年4月隨王震將軍率領(lǐng)的10萬(wàn)轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)官兵奔赴北大荒，被分配到857農(nóng)場(chǎng)。8月份，被剛剛成立的八一農(nóng)墾大學(xué)招收為畜牧系首屆生。1963年畢業(yè)后，到8511畜牧2隊(duì)從事了養(yǎng)牛工作，1968調(diào)到楊崗畜牧隊(duì)，1974年至1981年在青年隊(duì)擔(dān)任奶牛場(chǎng)場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)（當(dāng)時(shí)是兵團(tuán)體制為四十團(tuán)四連奶牛場(chǎng)）。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0); font-size:20px;">△上個(gè)世紀(jì)六十年代的八一農(nóng)墾大學(xué)</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">在青年隊(duì)奶牛場(chǎng)工作期間，正值狠批“白專道路”的特殊時(shí)期，他頂著巨大的壓力，一手抓奶牛場(chǎng)管理，一手大膽搞起了奶?？蒲泄ぷ鳌Ｋ艞壛怂泄?jié)假日，每天都和奶牛打交道，在低奶量培育犢牛的試驗(yàn)課題里，天天要為犢牛稱重，化驗(yàn)糞便，觀察生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育等。功夫不負(fù)有心人，歷經(jīng)兩年之久的探索研究，“低奶量（100公斤）培育母犢?！表?xiàng)目終于成功，每頭犢牛能節(jié)約喂養(yǎng)奶七百公斤以上，大大提高了商品奶的利用率，從而使養(yǎng)牛獲得更高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。該技術(shù)獲得農(nóng)墾部科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)，被黑龍江省評(píng)為科技成果三等獎(jiǎng)，1980年在全國(guó)推廣。呂國(guó)英同志獲得了農(nóng)墾部先進(jìn)工作者的稱號(hào)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:20px;
