color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">1978年從事教育教學工作以來，他帶的八屆畢業(yè)生中考、高考成績均列太原市前列。1994年語文高考提高率約6.8%，列重點中學第一名。1995、1997兩年語文高考成績均列市屬中學前四名。幾年來共撰寫教育研討論文4萬余字，曾獲“山西省中學語文科研優(yōu)秀獎”，在《國內外文摘》等雜志上發(fā)表，并在山西省教育學會上作大會發(fā)言。被授予“太原市教學能手”稱號，1994年被太原市政府授予“太原市先進工作者”稱號，1996年被授予“太原市勞動模范稱號”，1997年獲得山西省勞動競賽委員會頒發(fā)的“社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設成績顯著，榮立二等功”證書。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;
