People sit at the back of the classroom and observe how you interact with the learners. It can be daunting and uncomfortable for the teachers because they have to deviate from what they are comfortable with and try something new. Many teachers have had such experience, after a public lecture, always feel that some links are not ideal,next time, will do much more perfect. Therefore, the improvement of teacher's pursuit of teaching art is infinite.觀摩了20幾節(jié)課,聽著不同學科不同老師們的常態(tài)課,老師們對于如何教和如何學都有自己的教學理念和教學信念。A successful lesson is one in which teacher facilitates and guides while students take up their learning responsibilities and work actively and autonomously.一個成功的課堂是,當學生承擔起他們的學習責任,并積極主動地投入時,老師就會為他們提供幫助和指導。Task design is the central part of lesson planning. Engaging activities serve as a magic wand to turn fidgeting and disruptive students into attentive, active participants and contributors of the lesson.任務設計是課程規(guī)劃的核心部分,參與活動是一種魔術棒,可以讓坐立不安的學生和搗亂的學生變成認真、活躍的參與者和貢獻者。</h3><h3> 3月13日拉薩市第一屆學案導學案評比活動,年輕老師們勇于嘗試不怕失敗的勇氣以及積極認真的態(tài)度讓人感到欣慰。It is very important for us teachers to exchange our teaching experiences and ideas and go and observe others classes and to be observed by others. We can learnfrom others and get feedback of our own lessons because we may not notice many things that happen simply because we are busy teaching and not aware of.對我們老師來說,交流我們的教學經(jīng)驗和想法,去觀察別人的課堂,學習別人的課堂,是非常重要的。我們可以從別人那里學習,得到我們自己的反饋,因為我們可能不會注意到很多事情,因為我們忙于教學,沒有意識到。而聽課就能發(fā)展每人的教學風格,整體才能一直往上提升。I cant teach anybody anything; I can only make them think.
