早餐後，前往全臺(tái)灣最雄偉壯觀的【中臺(tái)禪寺】參觀，莊嚴(yán)又具現(xiàn)代感的大雄寶殿是全臺(tái)甚至全世界都難的一見(jiàn)的，來(lái)這參觀兼具洗滌心靈的功效。下午前往全臺(tái)最大與最美麗的高山淡水湖泊【日月潭】，全潭面積一百多平方公里，湖面周圍33公里，為臺(tái)灣境內(nèi)最大的湖泊，安排豪華遊艇環(huán)湖遊覽玄光寺、文武廟等景點(diǎn)，四周群山迭翠，氣勢(shì)恢宏；湖光山色，景致如畫(huà)。

早餐後，前往【西子灣】是一處以海水浴場(chǎng)及天然珊瑚礁聞名的灣澳，可遠(yuǎn)眺高雄港，高聳蒼翠的椰樹(shù)和潔白的沙灘，是一處以夕陽(yáng)美景及天然礁石聞名的灣澳。續(xù)往【高美濕地】位於臺(tái)中市清水區(qū)大甲溪出?？冢呙罎竦厍瑵窕旌系暮涌谏鷳B(tài)讓這裡聚集了許多鳥(niǎo)類、魚(yú)類、蟹類和其他無(wú)脊椎類等生物，高美濕地「潮溪區(qū)」提供迴遊魚(yú)類生育孵化、「緩流區(qū)」讓魚(yú)苗平安長(zhǎng)大、「泥灘地」是彈塗魚(yú)和大眼蟹的共處之地、「沙地」讓和尚蟹在這裡暢行無(wú)阻、「河口地」則有許多清白招潮蟹和網(wǎng)紋招潮蟹在這裡悠閒度日；也是著名閃賞夕陽(yáng)的好去處.

【國(guó)父紀(jì)念館】，憑弔一代革命先行者豐功偉業(yè)，及雄偉的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)建築。綠意盎然、垂柳迎風(fēng)搖曳的『翠湖』，睡蓮盛開(kāi)的景象令人著迷；全長(zhǎng)120公尺、寬1.2公尺採(cǎi)用花蓮特產(chǎn)墨綠色小卵石所舖設(shè)的『健康步道』和『廣場(chǎng)噴泉』都是國(guó)父紀(jì)念館內(nèi)青翠的景色，周圍還有樟樹(shù)、鳳凰木和白千層等樹(shù)木，讓整座國(guó)父紀(jì)念館成為臺(tái)北都會(huì)區(qū)中的綠地。

著名民間藝術(shù)家歐有才，男，1964年3月出生，湖南省南縣人。他是一位怪才：人怪、材怪、作品怪。 他是一位全才：剪紙、雕塑、攝影、魔術(shù)樣樣精通。他是一位慈善家，歷盡艱辛為殘疾人捐錢出書(shū)； 他是一位社會(huì)活動(dòng)家，以魔術(shù)廣交世界各地藝術(shù)名人； 他是一位幼教專家，創(chuàng)辦了全國(guó)獨(dú)特的幼教品牌，多次策劃全國(guó)性的大型活動(dòng)，并與全國(guó)著名笑星汪涵、馬可、大兵、趙衛(wèi)國(guó)、何晶晶、周衛(wèi)星等明星同臺(tái)演出。先后有作品在全國(guó)《詩(shī)刊》、《知音》等90多家雜志上發(fā)表，部分作品被送到國(guó)外展出和收藏。2006年在人民大會(huì)堂參加首屆中國(guó)民間藝術(shù)高層論壇，并獲三等獎(jiǎng)。曾赴美國(guó)、墨西哥、日本、迪拜、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、新加坡等30多個(gè)國(guó)家進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流。2011年應(yīng)德國(guó)政府邀請(qǐng)出訪歐洲七國(guó)參加美術(shù)作品展覽。2012年受世界華人藝術(shù)研究會(huì)盛情邀請(qǐng)，作為共和國(guó)杰出藝術(shù)家赴新馬泰進(jìn)行文化藝術(shù)交流訪問(wèn)，并授予“世界杰出華人藝術(shù)家”及“中泰文化交流大使”稱號(hào)。他多次被教育部評(píng)為全國(guó)優(yōu)秀幼兒園園長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)學(xué)前教育十大杰出人物，六次在湖南、湖北舉辦民間藝術(shù)個(gè)人展，其創(chuàng)作技法被美術(shù)界稱為“湘鄂一怪”。主編《中國(guó)剪紙藝術(shù)人名大典》、《中國(guó)神剪--欒淑榮》《南縣美術(shù)》《歐有才民間藝術(shù)》《魔術(shù)與牌技》《全國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)名家作品選》、《洞庭藝癡歐有才》《翰墨東方中國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)名家美國(guó)展作品集》等書(shū)籍。歐有才藝術(shù)作品被國(guó)家郵政精印成十九大紀(jì)念郵票冊(cè)、并參加在京首發(fā)式。他更是一位社會(huì)愛(ài)心人士，曾歷時(shí)一年，耗資15萬(wàn)元，無(wú)償資助一位癱瘓的山東剪紙藝人欒淑榮出書(shū)，此舉引起了中國(guó)殘聯(lián)及首都各大媒體的關(guān)注，在北京召開(kāi)的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上，八十多家國(guó)內(nèi)外新聞媒體記者對(duì)他進(jìn)行了專訪。事跡被《湖南日?qǐng)?bào)》《深圳青年》《女友》《廣州日?qǐng)?bào)》等報(bào)刊和央視、湖南衛(wèi)視等新聞媒體多次報(bào)道并載入《中國(guó)民間名人錄》和《世界名人錄》?，F(xiàn)為湖南省南縣有才藝術(shù)學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)民辦教育協(xié)會(huì)學(xué)前專業(yè)委員會(huì)常務(wù)理事、中華文促會(huì)剪紙藝委會(huì)常務(wù)理事、中國(guó)民間文藝家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國(guó)民間工藝美術(shù)委員會(huì)會(huì)員、中國(guó)藝術(shù)名人網(wǎng)總策劃、全國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)名家千米長(zhǎng)卷總策劃人、南縣民間文藝家協(xié)會(huì)副主席、南縣美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主席、湖南有才書(shū)畫(huà)院院長(zhǎng)、益陽(yáng)市工藝美術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、益陽(yáng)市中國(guó)畫(huà)協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、湖南德鑫瑞書(shū)畫(huà)院副院長(zhǎng)。
