對于諾如病毒感染，目前沒有特效藥。而抗生素是治療細(xì)菌性疾病的藥，諾如是病毒，所以用抗生素?zé)o效哦。家長要做的主要是對嘔吐、腹瀉等進(jìn)行對癥處理。

不一定！比如說，嬰幼兒、老人、孕婦和有基礎(chǔ)性疾病的患者可能會發(fā)展成為重癥，生病期間需密切關(guān)注健康狀況。
如果沒有出現(xiàn)脫水癥狀，精神食欲都好，可以到醫(yī)院口服補(bǔ)液鹽；出現(xiàn)脫水癥狀（主要表現(xiàn)為少尿、口干、咽干、站立時感頭暈?zāi)垦?，兒童表現(xiàn)為啼哭無淚、異常瞌睡或煩躁），就得趕緊看醫(yī)生。

確診后，從患病到癥狀完全消失后3天內(nèi)須居家隔離，避免傳播給他人；患者住所要經(jīng)常開窗通風(fēng)，保持室內(nèi)空氣流通；患者居家期間盡量不要和家人近距離接觸；應(yīng)使用自己獨立的飲食用具等生活用品，而且要遠(yuǎn)離廚房，不要加工處理食物；最好能安排獨立的廁所。

5.一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有病人的嘔吐物，要先使用消毒液進(jìn)行消毒，消毒時間為20分鐘，然后清理干凈。清理工具也要消毒處置，清潔人員要佩戴手套和口罩等防護(hù)用品，并在清洗后認(rèn)真洗手。
6.如果出現(xiàn)嘔吐、腹瀉癥狀，建議不要堅持上學(xué)或上班，病人的密切接觸者在接觸后48小時內(nèi)應(yīng)關(guān)注健康狀況，以免傳播更多人。
