我們班里的星星?（一）吳語微言 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我們班里的星星（一）</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 竺婷</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 如果將全班同學(xué)比作一顆顆星星的話，竺婷絕對不會是引人注目的那一顆，但是在全班同學(xué)眼里她絕對是最耀眼的那一顆!</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 高一剛進來的時候，她排名25，在全班53個同學(xué)中處于很中間的位置。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 她為人低調(diào)不張揚，性格內(nèi)斂，很難引起注意，所以，剛剛開學(xué)組臨時班委時，我這個當(dāng)班主任的就連個小組長的人選也沒留意到她。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 她是在第一次期中考試的時候讓我注意到的，那次她總分考第一，可是150分的語文只得了69分，我找她來辦公室，問她情況，她低聲訥訥：“我作文沒有寫。”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> “為什么不寫？”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> “來不及?！?lt;/h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> “那你分析一下來不及的原因。”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> “我閱讀理解題花了很多時間，等想寫的時候時間已經(jīng)到了?！?lt;/h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 一句一句，回答得很實誠，眼光中滿是后悔和遺憾。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> “那說明什么？說明你平時訓(xùn)練不夠，熟能生巧，因為不熟，所以才會來不及?！彼c點頭。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我繼續(xù)說到：“幸虧這還只是一場期中考試，假如是高考呢？所以不管學(xué)什么，都要練習(xí)解題的速度，唯一的辦法就是多練習(xí)?！彼€是頻頻點頭。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 可能就是從那以后吧，她每天不到6:00就到教室，獨自一人，不是做題就是練習(xí)專業(yè)課。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 她動作真的超級慢啊，畫素描，別人一個小時畫好了，她可能兩個小時還沒完成，但是她追求細節(jié)，總是力求畫得最好。做題目，她也總是比別人慢半拍，但力求做得正確。一開始，我有些替她著急，但靜下來想想，這未必不是個好習(xí)慣啊，只要假以時日，等她速度上去了，自然會好起來的。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 期中考試過后，我讓班級同學(xué)民主選舉班委，竺婷幾乎以全票當(dāng)選了班長，說實話，我很意外，多少有些懷疑她的能力。不知道這個班長能不能做好班主任的得力助手。但我想，大家都這么信任她，一定有道理，我為什么要懷疑呢，就讓她試試又何妨？這一試，就試了三年。老師交代的工作，她總兢兢業(yè)業(yè)做好，同學(xué)們私下喊她“竺媽媽”，我開始覺得好笑又好氣，以為同學(xué)給班長取綽號，找同學(xué)了解，同學(xué)們都笑，她們說，什么作業(yè)啦，要帶的東西啦，她都會提醒，要練習(xí)的曲子，劇目，她會下載好放在群里提醒同學(xué)練習(xí)，管得比媽媽還細，大家是喜歡她才這么叫她。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> “竺媽媽”很少說教，她總是默默地努力著，用行動來詮釋什么是“勤能補拙”的意義。她每一項都不是特別有天賦，但現(xiàn)在她是班里舞跳得最好的，琴彈得最好的，素描畫得最好的，歌唱得最好的，故事講得最好的之一。專業(yè)和文化課幾乎次次排第一。去年高二的時候參加專業(yè)高考，她的成績在高三可以排進前五。在她的影響下，越來越多的同學(xué)都很早到教室開始學(xué)習(xí)。整個班級的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍和整體風(fēng)氣越來越好。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 她可能是我表揚得最多也“批評”得最多的學(xué)生，表揚的是她的勤奮，批評的也是她的勤奮！我總批評她什么都要追求完美，有時候給自己增加了無形的壓力，擔(dān)心她關(guān)鍵時刻心態(tài)不好。當(dāng)然，有時候也擔(dān)心她和同學(xué)們休息不夠，總叫她們注意休息，張弛有度。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 如果說，班里面有一根標桿的話，我覺得非竺婷莫屬！她也讓我這個當(dāng)老師的學(xué)會了安靜地等待，等待花開！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（明天就要遠赴金華參加專業(yè)高考，預(yù)祝我的孩子們?nèi)〉脙?yōu)異成績）</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 2018年11月23日</h3>
