家校合力，呵護(hù)成長——《孩子成長的關(guān)鍵年齡與關(guān)鍵教育》學(xué)習(xí)報道

<h3>作者：林淑彥黃俊玉</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">         云層漸散，暖陽高照，花城廣州又迎來了一個艷陽天。為期5天的省名教師入室學(xué)員培訓(xùn)接近尾聲了，2018年11月29日上午，華東師大劉良華教授為我們帶來本次培訓(xùn)的最后一場講座：《教育改革與家校合作——孩子成長關(guān)鍵年齡與關(guān)鍵教育》。班主任韓裕娜老師在開場的時候說，今天的講座將是大家期待的“壓軸好戲”。果不然，劉教授在家庭教育領(lǐng)域有著非常深的造詣，針對當(dāng)前家庭教育和學(xué)校教育的痛點(diǎn)，對癥下藥，干貨滿滿。劉教授兩個半小時的講座妙語連珠，掌聲不絕，喝彩滿堂！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        話題從“科爾曼報告”開始，孩子成績不好，是因?yàn)閷W(xué)校的條件不好嗎？研究的結(jié)果讓人震驚，影響孩子成績的最主要因素恰恰不是學(xué)校，而是家庭。這時候，在場所有的老師都報以認(rèn)同的掌聲，的確，在我們的日常教學(xué)中，遇到了許許多多的孩子，當(dāng)孩子出現(xiàn)了問題的時候，背后一定隱藏著家庭的問題。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      什么是孩子的關(guān)鍵年齡？什么是關(guān)鍵教育？3歲前后，是第一個關(guān)鍵年齡，關(guān)鍵的教育是感性教育，包含：情感、語感和動感。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        拖延癥是很多孩子出現(xiàn)的問題，也是足夠讓父母抓狂的毛病。要怎樣解決這個問題呢？首先，分析原因，是過早地學(xué)習(xí)了心理知識文化的內(nèi)容，做根本與年齡不符的事情，心往前拉，而身體跟不上。解決的方法有：親自帶孩子戶外運(yùn)動，養(yǎng)成雷厲風(fēng)行的習(xí)慣，給身體提速，再帶來心的運(yùn)動。限制時間，先把速度提上，然后在把質(zhì)量也提上。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       3歲前培養(yǎng)語感，當(dāng)然也是學(xué)習(xí)外語的好時機(jī)?？梢越o孩子看的英語錄像有哪些呢？<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">3歲前后，最重要的是母親的陪伴。注意四個警惕“警惕電視”、“警惕手機(jī)、電腦、iPad”“警惕糖果或巧克力”。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       第二個關(guān)鍵期是9歲前后，關(guān)鍵教育是規(guī)則教育，要培養(yǎng)孩子通情達(dá)理、文武雙全、勞逸結(jié)合。9歲前后不建立好規(guī)則，要么無法無天，要么軟弱無能。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        第三個關(guān)鍵期是13歲前后，關(guān)鍵教育是意志教育。3歲后的愛，9歲前后的怕，一起推動13歲前后的意志。培養(yǎng)孩子自信、自學(xué)、自食其力。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
