<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 領(lǐng)略教師風(fēng)采，感受語(yǔ)文之美。2018年12月18日，有幸來到玉山縣東城小學(xué)觀摩“上饒市小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師素養(yǎng)大賽”。本次比賽共有19名優(yōu)秀教師參加，幾百名來自各個(gè)縣的老師前來觀摩。三天的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀摩，19名選手為我們帶來了一場(chǎng)精彩絕倫的視聽盛宴，評(píng)委的點(diǎn)評(píng)更是睿智而貼切，讓我真切地感受到語(yǔ)文所散發(fā)的獨(dú)特魅力。</h3> <h3> <span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">本次的素養(yǎng)大賽共分為五個(gè)部分：朗讀展示、才藝表演、書寫展示、知識(shí)素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問答和課堂教學(xué)展示，較為全面的對(duì)語(yǔ)文教師的綜合素養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了考察。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">朗讀可以說是小學(xué)生每個(gè)年級(jí)都非常重要的部分。所以作為一名語(yǔ)文老師,要具備較高的朗讀能力,才能夠去引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行朗讀,而朗讀展示這一環(huán)節(jié),讓我們了解了對(duì)于不同題材、體裁的文章,朗讀的方法、技巧、語(yǔ)氣皆不同,這一過程讓我學(xué)到了很多。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 朗讀結(jié)束后，萬年縣教育局教研室彭杰主任對(duì)參賽老師的朗讀進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)，分別從朗讀技巧，情緒和儀表三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行講解，并強(qiáng)調(diào)朗讀和朗誦是不同的，要區(qū)分清楚。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
