<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 冬日伴隨著嚴寒與凜冽，卻依然不乏美麗動人之處。她美不喧囂，美不張揚，她需要真正懂她的人才能體會得到。正如我們的教育，安靜而不乏激情，溫暖卻充滿力量。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 又是一年歲末臨，抬頭望春綠滿園。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">本學期，我校在真愛夢想基金會和教科局領導的高度重視下，繼續(xù)大力推進夢想課程在我校落地生花，通過一學期的努力，學校、教師、學生都得到了不同的發(fā)展，取得了良好的成效。</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">現(xiàn)將我校本學期的夢想工作總結如下：</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 一、組織健全，領導有力。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 學校的夢想課程在領導的大力支持下，夢想主任積極組織，夢想老師根據(jù)自身的特長和學生的認知水平選好本學期各年級的夢想課程，安排了各年級各班的夢想課程表，做到每個星期每班各上一節(jié)夢想課，既不影響國家的課程，也不影響素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展，推進了我校高效課堂的構建。每周安排一節(jié)夢想公開課，老師們聽完后，夢想主任精心組織大家根據(jù)夢想課程理念，進行一課一議，相互學習夢想課程的教學理念，共同探討夢想課程好的教學方法。借＂他山之石＂提升我校學科課程的課堂實效。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 二、 制定制度，推動夢想。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 從開始實施夢想課程，我們就構思如何調(diào)動夢想老師的積極性，能讓老師積極的參與到夢想課程中來，聯(lián)系我校的實際情況，我們制定了合理有效的實施方案：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1、完善夢想活動資料， 做到每次活動有簽到，有記錄，有反思，人人都發(fā)言，個個談感受。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2、 制定合理的教學計劃并嚴格按照計劃執(zhí)行。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3、 本學期撰寫10篇“我的夢想故事”，3一6年級學生每班至少一篇夢想故事，12月底前整理并上交夢想督導組。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 三、 放飛夢想，高效起航。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 學校自開展夢想課以來，老師們的教學水平大大的提高，特別是夢想課堂上老師們更加自信，從容。這與夢想課程的教學理念，教學模式是分不開的。學生們樂學，愛學，變得敢于提問，敢于發(fā)表見解，真正體現(xiàn)了夢想課程的教育理念---問題比答案更重要，方法比知識更重要，自信比幫助更重要！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 四、互助互學，成效顯著。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 本學期我校積極參加“愛育愛”沙龍組織的各項活動，每次活動至少安排三位老師參加，并要求寫出個人體會及活動反思。10月份，我校夢想主任高麗萍參加了由沙龍組織的赴青海交流活動，學習了兄弟校的先進理念，回來后對我校教師進行二次培訓，并分享了獲得全國一等獎的夢想課——《美妙的聲音》，得到了教師們的一致好評。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 本學期我校岳曉敏，王艷，李惠琴三位老師申請了二星教師，積極錄制了現(xiàn)場課，準備了各種資料，并已提交，期望得到基金會的種子教師認可。真心為老師們積極向上的學習精神感到高興，希望我校的二星教師會越來越多。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3> <h3> 五、存在問題及努力方向：</h3><h3> 1、夢想中心設施陳舊，設備老化，急需更換，夢想圖書數(shù)量太少，需要補充。</h3><h3> 2、下學期在夢想課程實施過程中，我們將會鼓勵夢想教師撰寫優(yōu)質(zhì)教案，并結合本校實際開發(fā)新的夢想校本課程。 </h3><h3> 3、希望基金會及沙龍多組織培訓活動，以提高我校夢想教師的綜合素質(zhì)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 一路走來，一路芬芳。在今后的夢想工作中，我校將會更好的利用這個平臺，擴大教育資源，深化課程改革，帶領更多的老師在未來的征途中努力奔跑，做鹽湖教育的追夢人！</h3> <h3>編輯：＂愛育愛＂沙龍</h3><h3> 北街小學 高麗萍</h3>
