-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（一）安全</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 發(fā)放《伏羲師范學(xué)校安全工作制度》及《伏羲師范學(xué)校學(xué)生宿舍安全管理制度》；舉行全校學(xué)生安全知識(shí)培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)及學(xué)生宿舍安全會(huì)議；舉行全校師生消防知識(shí)專題培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)，進(jìn)行火災(zāi)逃生演練及滅火器的使用演練。參與由陳衛(wèi)華老師和郭老師組織的全校師生艾灸中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生保健的培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)。這些工作的計(jì)劃與開展，大大增強(qiáng)了全校師生的安全意識(shí)，在一定程度上提高了全校師生的安全素質(zhì)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 1、發(fā)放《伏羲師范學(xué)校學(xué)科教學(xué)工作計(jì)劃表》，召開教師學(xué)科教學(xué)備課交流學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)，上交各科學(xué)期教學(xué)計(jì)劃。促進(jìn)和規(guī)范了教師的教育教學(xué)工作，做到既有計(jì)劃又不一刀切，一切以每個(gè)孩子的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，因材施教，教學(xué)進(jìn)度因人而異。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 本學(xué)期擔(dān)任了預(yù)科班與養(yǎng)正二班的書法課教學(xué)。一般的說法是老師教學(xué)生，但我們的課是老師與學(xué)生一起學(xué)習(xí)，真正做到了“以孩子為師”與“教學(xué)相長”！可這也是一步步從教學(xué)實(shí)踐中印證出來的。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 雖然自己從事教育教學(xué)工作多年，但由于體制不同，觀念不同，加之學(xué)校學(xué)生太多，班額很大（平均每班45～60人不等），所以精力都放到了如何管理好學(xué)生的紀(jì)律和安全，如何完成統(tǒng)一規(guī)定的教育教學(xué)任務(wù)，如何才能使自己的班級(jí)與教學(xué)成績達(dá)到一個(gè)統(tǒng)一設(shè)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。要做好這一切太不容易了！緊張！浮躁！哪里還有心思靜下心來讀書、學(xué)習(xí)和思考，哪里還有精力研究每一個(gè)孩子的心理、生理特點(diǎn)及學(xué)習(xí)情況。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 起初我還是像體制內(nèi)那樣全班孩子統(tǒng)一步調(diào)安排教學(xué)。一是統(tǒng)一規(guī)定拉絲順序及內(nèi)容（橫線—-豎線—-撇線—-捺線）：每個(gè)孩子必須一種線條基本達(dá)到“勻、直、細(xì)”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才能劃第二種線條，以此類推；二是統(tǒng)一基礎(chǔ)部件的描摹的順序及內(nèi)容，也是每個(gè)孩子必須按照順序過關(guān)一個(gè)才能寫第二個(gè)。況且必須要把四種線條都過關(guān)了才能描摹基礎(chǔ)部件，四十個(gè)基礎(chǔ)部件過關(guān)才能繼續(xù)練習(xí)其他的字體......可堅(jiān)持一兩周下來，部分孩子漸漸的失去了上書法課的興趣，有的上課睡覺，有的心不在焉，有的看課外書，只有個(gè)別孩子按部就班。他們不想像體制內(nèi)那樣不分青紅皂白地被條條框框訂死，他們想要有自己學(xué)習(xí)的自主和自由！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 至此，作為任課教師我們認(rèn)識(shí)到了問題的嚴(yán)重性，找出了問題的根源。意識(shí)到必須立即調(diào)整教學(xué)思路和方法，調(diào)動(dòng)孩子們的主觀能動(dòng)性及積極性，培養(yǎng)他們自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力，相信孩子，大膽放手！但不變的是每節(jié)課課前必須靜坐5～10分鐘，課堂必須保持安靜，坐姿必須規(guī)范。調(diào)整改變的是：靜坐后由孩子們自主決定課堂練習(xí)內(nèi)容——拉絲的時(shí)間長短及描摹的內(nèi)容，包括橫線、豎線、斜線、佛手、羅漢圖及描摹基礎(chǔ)部件的順序及內(nèi)容。這樣把主動(dòng)權(quán)還給了孩子，他們真正成為了學(xué)習(xí)的主人，而我們只是配合、鼓勵(lì)和關(guān)注每一個(gè)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況，順勢做以引導(dǎo)。這樣一來，課堂氣氛驟然大變，孩子們學(xué)習(xí)書法的興趣越來越濃，到了最后寫福寫對(duì)聯(lián)的階段，兩個(gè)班的孩子都能大膽地嘗試在紅紙上寫作品，特別是能較好的對(duì)臨（只有個(gè)別孩子描?。Ｎ矣X得，孩子們現(xiàn)在寫字寫得好與否不重要，重要的是他們書法課靜定習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成、學(xué)習(xí)書法的興趣及自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力的提升，這才是最大的收獲！這樣把課堂還給孩子的教學(xué)方式感覺特舒心。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 由于本學(xué)期校址新牽以及人員的進(jìn)出變動(dòng)，所以事情比較多。從酷熱的8月份到寒冷的學(xué)期末，無論從教學(xué)上還是后勤上，我和老師們一樣都能積極配合學(xué)校，做好學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)工作，鍛煉了，學(xué)習(xí)了，感悟很多！也又一次感受到辦學(xué)的不容易。特別令人感動(dòng)的是咱們伏羲師范的老師們勤奮學(xué)習(xí)、忘我工作、用心做教育的精神！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
