white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.比賽方法：學(xué)生與家長(zhǎng)同時(shí)向前跑，遇到第一關(guān)鉆呼啦圈，學(xué)生將呼啦圈扶起豎直，家長(zhǎng)必須鉆過(guò)呼啦圈，可繼續(xù)向前來(lái)到第二關(guān)原地跳繩，家長(zhǎng)原地跳繩5次后可繼續(xù)向前進(jìn)入第三關(guān)黑房子，家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)入留在房子里，孩子繼續(xù)到第四關(guān)尋找黑房子鑰匙，答對(duì)兩道數(shù)學(xué)題，答對(duì)就等于找到了鑰匙，返回解救家長(zhǎng)，若沒(méi)有答對(duì)，直至答對(duì)才可返回，孩子到第三關(guān)黑房子與家長(zhǎng)雙手擊掌表示解救成功，兩人一起回到第二關(guān)，這時(shí)孩子原地跳繩5次，迅速回第一關(guān)，家長(zhǎng)扶起呼啦圈豎直，孩子鉆過(guò)呼啦圈，兩人一起跑過(guò)起點(diǎn)線，下組家庭進(jìn)行同樣的操作，依次進(jìn)行完畢，并計(jì)時(shí)，用時(shí)最短的一組為勝。一個(gè)家庭完成的順序如下：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1、比賽準(zhǔn)備：泡沫墊6塊、秒表1個(gè)</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2、比賽規(guī)則：一名家長(zhǎng)和孩子利用3塊泡沫墊通過(guò)20m的寬河，聽(tīng)到開(kāi)始哨聲后，孩子拿泡沫墊擺在地上，家長(zhǎng)踩在泡沫墊上前進(jìn)，孩子移動(dòng)泡沫墊，直至折返線，從折返線返回，互換角色，回到起點(diǎn)，比賽過(guò)程中踩石之人腳不可以踩到河里（地面），腳應(yīng)該踩在泡沫墊上，踩在河里的視為淹死，游戲結(jié)束。用時(shí)最短的家庭獲勝。時(shí)間相等者加賽一場(chǎng)決出名次。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.比賽方法：家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)生線后站立，聽(tīng)到“開(kāi)始”信號(hào)，秒表啟動(dòng)，學(xué)生迅速向前跑至第一關(guān)位置，原地轉(zhuǎn)3圈，迅速跑向第二關(guān)，在第二關(guān)將A盤中的乒乓球（共5顆）用筷子夾到B盤（孩子夾2顆），完成迅速跑至第三關(guān)進(jìn)行速算答題，共5題，孩子選擇2題。答完后迅速跑至起點(diǎn)線與家長(zhǎng)擊掌，家長(zhǎng)迅速跑至第一關(guān)，原地轉(zhuǎn)3圈，再迅速跑至第二關(guān)，將A盤中剩余乒乓球用筷子夾至B盤，再迅速跑至第三關(guān)，完成剩余速算題，答完后帶上試題迅速跑回起點(diǎn)線，停表。此時(shí)裁判檢查三關(guān)的完成情況，三關(guān)都完成切都正確（夾乒乓球5顆都按規(guī)則完成，速算題都正確），秒表成績(jī)有效，記錄成績(jī)。用時(shí)短者勝，若相等，相等者加賽一場(chǎng)決出名次。如圖所示：</h3> <h3>三、<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
