<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      為深入開展“改革創(chuàng)新、奮發(fā)有為”大討論學(xué)習(xí)研討，進(jìn)一步激發(fā)分院人員參與大討論的熱情，根據(jù)市糖尿病防治中心《關(guān)于開展“改革創(chuàng)新、奮發(fā)有為”大討論，深化拓展“大討論大實(shí)踐大學(xué)習(xí)”活動(dòng)實(shí)施方案》的要求，2019年3月14日下午三點(diǎn)，東城分院在負(fù)一層會(huì)議室召開“改革創(chuàng)新、奮發(fā)有為”大討論學(xué)習(xí)討論會(huì)，會(huì)議由副院長孫紅艷主持，東城分院全體人員參加了會(huì)議。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      一、孫紅艷副院長傳達(dá)《關(guān)于開展“改革創(chuàng)新、奮發(fā)有為”大討論深化拓展“大討論大實(shí)踐大學(xué)習(xí)”活動(dòng)的實(shí)施方案》內(nèi)容，并對(duì)“六堅(jiān)持”“六破除“”六著力”等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行詳細(xì)解讀。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      二、李蓮花院長為大家傳達(dá)了我院2019年工作目標(biāo)任務(wù)分解的通知。對(duì)全體員工在近期工作中的辛勤付出、任勞任怨給予認(rèn)可和感謝，希望大家再接再勵(lì)，圓滿完成一季度工作任務(wù)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      三、參會(huì)人員表態(tài)發(fā)言，對(duì)照“六堅(jiān)持”“六破除”“六著力”，結(jié)合自身及科室實(shí)際，從存在的問題、產(chǎn)生問題的原因和整改措施三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行表態(tài)發(fā)言。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      四、李蓮花院長認(rèn)真聽取了大家的發(fā)言并進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)，<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">指出了大家發(fā)言過程中提到的共性問題：</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （一）創(chuàng)新意識(shí)不強(qiáng)；</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （二）溝通協(xié)調(diào)方面能力欠缺；</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （三）信息自動(dòng)化落后，嚴(yán)重制約醫(yī)院發(fā)展；</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （四）人才短缺也影響醫(yī)院的快速發(fā)展；</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （五）業(yè)務(wù)及管理能力有待提高。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      最后向大家提出三點(diǎn)要求：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （一）提高政治站位，做好本職工作；</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （二）<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">堅(jiān)持問題導(dǎo)向，破解發(fā)展中遇到的難題；</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">     （三）加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身水平，對(duì)照一流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，打造分院品牌。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      通過分院共同學(xué)習(xí)討論，大家干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱情高漲。力求在今后的工作中推陳出新，對(duì)標(biāo)一流，找差距補(bǔ)短板，謀求高質(zhì)高效大發(fā)展，以全新的姿態(tài)投入到同德輝煌的事業(yè)中去，以優(yōu)異的成績迎接中華人民共和國成立70周年。</h3>
