-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1．學(xué)校將嚴(yán)格按照市、區(qū)教育局政策招收新生，請家長依據(jù)報名方法在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成報名。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        ①.有戶有房。適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證與戶籍所在地一致，并在房產(chǎn)所在地實際居住，以房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證為依據(jù)入學(xué)。適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人有長沙城區(qū)戶籍和房產(chǎn)，但房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證與戶籍所在地不一致，則以房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證為依據(jù)入學(xué)。（房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證是指房屋所有權(quán)證，持有者是適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人。已實際居住但房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證暫未辦妥，以房屋預(yù)告登記證為依據(jù)。）</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　?、?有戶無房（第一類）。適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人戶籍一直屬于長沙城區(qū)，其父母在長沙工作但無房產(chǎn)，實際一直與祖父母（或外祖父母）等共同居住，經(jīng)街道、社區(qū)配合學(xué)校入戶調(diào)查和房產(chǎn)部門統(tǒng)一驗證情況屬實,憑共同居住的房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證為依據(jù)入學(xué)；適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人戶籍一直屬于長沙城區(qū)，其父母在長沙工作但無房產(chǎn)，實際一直租住在單位自管產(chǎn)權(quán)房、直管公房或保障性住房等，經(jīng)街道、社區(qū)配合學(xué)校入戶調(diào)查和房產(chǎn)部門統(tǒng)一驗證情況屬實,以該租住房為依據(jù)入學(xué)；適齡兒童（少年）父母因組織或人事部門批準(zhǔn)工作調(diào)動、部隊轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)、人才引進等原因在長沙工作，同時戶籍已遷入長沙但無房產(chǎn)，經(jīng)街道、社區(qū)及所在單位配合學(xué)校入戶調(diào)查和房產(chǎn)部門統(tǒng)一驗證情況屬實,以當(dāng)前租住房為依據(jù)入學(xué)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　?、?有房無戶。適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人在長沙城區(qū)購買住房并實際居住，但戶籍沒有遷入房產(chǎn)所在地，以房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證或房屋預(yù)告登記證為依據(jù)入學(xué)。適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人在長沙城區(qū)有多套住房，但戶籍沒有遷入長沙城區(qū)，經(jīng)街道、社區(qū)配合學(xué)校入戶調(diào)查和房產(chǎn)部門統(tǒng)一驗證情況屬實，以實際居住的房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證或房屋預(yù)告登記證為依據(jù)入學(xué)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　　④.有戶無房（第二類）。適齡兒童（少年）本人、父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人戶籍遷入長沙城區(qū)，父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人在長沙城區(qū)就業(yè)但無房產(chǎn)，經(jīng)街道、社區(qū)配合學(xué)校入戶調(diào)查和房產(chǎn)部門統(tǒng)一驗證情況屬實,以當(dāng)前租住房為依據(jù)入學(xué)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　?、?無戶無房。父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人在長沙城區(qū)務(wù)工且持續(xù)合法居住一年以上，提交父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人身份證、小孩和父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人戶口簿、本市居住證和本市職工基本養(yǎng)老保險證明（居住和參保至少一年）等相關(guān)材料,以當(dāng)前租住房為依據(jù)入學(xué)。</h3> 六、注意事項 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">        1、住宅樓盤業(yè)主需在正式交房、實際居住以后方可入學(xué)，購買的單身公寓、酒店式公寓、車庫、閣樓、商鋪等非住宅性質(zhì)的房產(chǎn)，不能作為入學(xué)的依據(jù)。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2、樓盤新生報名首先依據(jù)房產(chǎn)證（產(chǎn)權(quán)證性質(zhì)必須為住宅），要求房產(chǎn)持有者是學(xué)生父母或者學(xué)生本人，持共有不動產(chǎn)權(quán)證（或房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證、房屋預(yù)告登記證）的業(yè)主，共有人之間系祖孫、父子（女）、母子（女）關(guān)系才能享受該套房入學(xué)指標(biāo)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       目前雨花區(qū)學(xué)位緊張，轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)插班只能視學(xué)位情況酌情考慮。確因家庭住址搬遷需要轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)的學(xué)生，6月27日-28日到學(xué)校教導(dǎo)處進行登記報名，由學(xué)校根據(jù)學(xué)位情況酌情解決。</h3> 八、招生宣傳日活動溫馨提示 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
