white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 賽后評委們一致認(rèn)為，參賽教師在比賽前都做了充分的準(zhǔn)備，特別是東升一小的符培蕾老師、英語學(xué)校的張競帆老師，區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)的曾萊瑜老師上課形式新穎，組織教學(xué)合理，展示出我區(qū)年輕體育教師的風(fēng)采。在本次比賽中大部分老師能根據(jù)教學(xué)的實(shí)際需要因材施教。根據(jù)不同年齡段學(xué)生身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)以及特長愛好、教材內(nèi)容特點(diǎn)采取相應(yīng)的教學(xué)策略，開展不同形式靈活多樣的體育課教學(xué)。激發(fā)學(xué)生在體育課上獨(dú)有的運(yùn)動(dòng)樂趣和內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)，提高運(yùn)動(dòng)技能運(yùn)用能力，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生體育品德、規(guī)則意識。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
