-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4月24日，我專(zhuān)程赴蘇州參加楊田林老師《善用游戲.提高培訓(xùn)效益》課程，學(xué)完距今已經(jīng)是第6天了，可心中還是無(wú)數(shù)次的響起楊士比亞名言：《不回應(yīng)會(huì)有報(bào)應(yīng)》、《教學(xué)無(wú)聊等于坐牢》、《教完不等于教會(huì)》等等。這次學(xué)習(xí)給我觸動(dòng)很深，給我今后發(fā)展提供了極大幫助，現(xiàn)在我對(duì)自己更有勇氣更有信心更堅(jiān)定更有力量了，在感激楊老師的同時(shí)，對(duì)這次學(xué)習(xí)談三個(gè)感受：緣、圓、園。</h3> 緣圓園 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我是第一次到五峰書(shū)院學(xué)色空鼓，學(xué)完后在經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)不經(jīng)意間發(fā)現(xiàn)楊老師的講座，他生動(dòng)有趣的講演勾起了我的好奇心，于是我駐足觀望，剛開(kāi)始，我覺(jué)得楊老師非常專(zhuān)業(yè)，教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，是一位有魅力的老師，當(dāng)他分享他和太太及女兒一家人富有創(chuàng)意的互贈(zèng)禮物并留言的那段故事時(shí)，我被深深打動(dòng)了，我覺(jué)得世界上像他那樣的好老師不多，但像他那樣的好父親更少，當(dāng)?shù)弥?月24日在蘇州有楊老師的游戲與教育課程的時(shí)候，當(dāng)場(chǎng)我就心動(dòng)了，經(jīng)過(guò)幾番周折，克服了沒(méi)帶身份證等種種困難，經(jīng)過(guò)努力，最后，終于成功地進(jìn)入楊老師那有溫度的課堂，更真切地感受到與楊老師的那份真摯而深遠(yuǎn)的緣份，我太為自己英明而有智慧的選擇感到驕傲。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">黑格爾說(shuō)過(guò)一句話(huà)，真理就是一個(gè)圓圈。但它不是一般的圓圈，它充滿(mǎn)了浮士德式的苦惱意志，充滿(mǎn)了否定的嚴(yán)肅、痛苦、容忍和勞作。因?yàn)檫@是一個(gè)自我否定的過(guò)程，自我否定再否定的過(guò)程，是一個(gè)很辯證的過(guò)程。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">所謂圓滿(mǎn)是不存在的，圓滿(mǎn)就是過(guò)程。楊老師上了整整40年的課，整整 40 年的老師，還是不停在否定自己，也不停在升華自我，這樣的大師實(shí)在太值得追隨了。楊老師辛勤耕耘，已經(jīng)成功培養(yǎng)了12000多名老師，但他每次講課都不少于50次的備課，這種工匠精神太令人感動(dòng)，正如楊士比亞說(shuō)：老實(shí)備課 老實(shí)教學(xué)。這句話(huà)給了我最大啟示，我要以老師為榜樣，嚴(yán)格要求自己，老實(shí)讀書(shū)，老實(shí)分享，老實(shí)備課，老實(shí)教學(xué)，老實(shí)做人。把這句話(huà)作為座右銘，每日對(duì)照，老實(shí)踐行。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">第三條體會(huì)：園。楊老師像園丁一樣，在課堂教學(xué)前、中、后，楊老師重視每位學(xué)員的參與性、探索性，強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)員的體驗(yàn)、探究、實(shí)踐在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中的重要性，給我們充裕的實(shí)踐空間，放手讓學(xué)員大膽的動(dòng)手、動(dòng)腦主動(dòng)的去發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，解決問(wèn)題，提高自身對(duì)事物的認(rèn)知水平。同時(shí)，我體驗(yàn)到楊老師注重培養(yǎng)我們的創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)造精神，使學(xué)習(xí)成為獲得積極、愉快、成功體驗(yàn)的過(guò)程。充分體驗(yàn)到了我們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)中的主體性地位，使其真正成為學(xué)習(xí)的主人。楊老師多樣化的游戲教學(xué)內(nèi)容為我們提供了發(fā)展?jié)撃?、增?qiáng)自信心的機(jī)會(huì)。楊老師的講解主要采用描述性、富有情感性的語(yǔ)言，對(duì)我們藝術(shù)能力和人文素養(yǎng)等方面的進(jìn)步做出肯定性評(píng)價(jià)。楊老師特別關(guān)注我們?cè)谡n堂上的一個(gè)神情、一個(gè)動(dòng)作、一個(gè)想法、一句話(huà)、一首歌，這正是讓我們學(xué)會(huì)欣賞、懂得審美的開(kāi)始。在讓我們學(xué)會(huì)了欣賞的同時(shí)也學(xué)會(huì)了總結(jié)。楊老師在課堂中，時(shí)時(shí)刻刻以賞識(shí)、激勵(lì)和引導(dǎo)的方式，激發(fā)我們學(xué)習(xí)的團(tuán)體動(dòng)力。我還深深地感受到，楊老師對(duì)我們提出了更高的要求，我們不光要徹底地打破傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)觀念，丟掉自己習(xí)慣成自然的教學(xué)方法，還要不斷地加強(qiáng)文化修養(yǎng)。我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中應(yīng)重新定位自己的角色，不再是知識(shí)的傳授者，以學(xué)習(xí)者平等的心態(tài)參與到學(xué)員的自主學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)中去，協(xié)同合作，與君同樂(lè)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
