187);">家長問答</b></h1><p><br></p><p>1.怎么入營？</p><p>答：入營前一周，我們會有詳細(xì)的入營通知書發(fā)送給家長（微信，電話，電話）以家長回復(fù)“收到”為準(zhǔn)。</p><p>2.入營當(dāng)天我們要怎么去？</p><p>答：入營前我們會建立微信家長群，會提前一天在群里發(fā)送集合的位置。</p><p>3.夏令營活動，適合多大的孩子參加？</p><p>答：年滿6周歲至15周歲身體健康者都可參加。</p><p>4.你們的教練都是哪里來的呢？</p><p>答：我們的教練都是基地專業(yè)的青少年軍事拓展教練，專業(yè)軍事系統(tǒng)出身，經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的童軍教練技術(shù)培訓(xùn)過的。</p><p>5.一個營幾個教練？教練負(fù)責(zé)嗎？管得住這么多孩子嗎？</p><p>答：我們是按營配備教練，30人一個營，1:1的配置。同時(shí)另外配備相應(yīng)的家務(wù)服務(wù)老師，攝影師，軍醫(yī)，安全老師，后勤保障老師等。</p><p>6.孩子會不會太辛苦？會不會每天暴曬太陽？下雨怎么辦？</p><p>答：我們是專為中小學(xué)生量身定做，采用30%財(cái)商&領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力訓(xùn)練+15%軍事訓(xùn)練+15%內(nèi)務(wù)管理+25%素質(zhì)拓展+15%野外生存能力的課程比例。訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度和課程設(shè)備是符合孩子們的體能的，按照西方混齡教育方式，同時(shí)教練們會根據(jù)孩子們的實(shí)際情況把握訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度。基地有能容納1000人的室內(nèi)訓(xùn)練場，我們會根據(jù)天氣調(diào)整場地。</p><p>7.孩子單獨(dú)參加你們的活動，安全有保障嗎？</p><p>答：全程責(zé)任制陪護(hù)，封閉式管理，24小時(shí)教練值班管理。專業(yè)資質(zhì)的軍事教練團(tuán)隊(duì)。每班配一名軍事教練、一名生活老師、一名拓展老師;全營配課程老師三名、隨隊(duì)軍醫(yī)一名。軍隊(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)房間、洗浴設(shè)備齊全、熱水供應(yīng)、保證安全；正餐為八菜一湯、水果涼茶供應(yīng)；營養(yǎng)需求合理搭配。購買意外保險(xiǎn)。</p><p>8.夏令營期間，怎么保證女孩子的安全？具體有什么措施？</p><p>答：女孩生活上全由女助教負(fù)責(zé)督導(dǎo)照顧的，男教練不準(zhǔn)單獨(dú)和女孩獨(dú)處，需要私下輔導(dǎo)，也要求有女助教在場。男生女生住宿，洗漱，洗澡，均分開，女生由女助教陪同。</p><p>9.夏令營期間孩子會想家嗎？</p><p>答：當(dāng)然會。有的孩子會哭，有的孩子會表達(dá)。接納孩子的情緒，也請相信他可以快樂的玩耍，同時(shí)請?jiān)陂_營前告訴他要來的地方。</p><p>我們有經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的心理疏導(dǎo)老師會視需要的情況采取適當(dāng)?shù)氖侄螏椭∨笥芽朔@些困難，讓小朋友能愉快的融入到集體生活中去。</p><p>10. 孩子很內(nèi)向，如果他不積極參與，在整個活動中他會不會只是一個旁觀者？</p><p>答：在與團(tuán)隊(duì)朝夕相處的日子里，隊(duì)友之間，教練與營員之間都會產(chǎn)生友誼和不約而同的默契，您的孩子作為其中的一個，勢必要為這個團(tuán)體貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量，而身邊的隊(duì)友和教練也會積極地幫助他。最后您的孩子一定會收獲一個快樂的假期。</p><p>11.我家孩子比較內(nèi)斂，什么事情都不敢說，怕被別人家孩子欺負(fù)？</p><p>答：我們積極鼓勵孩子融入團(tuán)隊(duì)，讓不敢開口的張開口，不敢行動的邁開腿。24小時(shí)都會有教練或是老師監(jiān)督。在宿舍休息期間，有教練和老師巡查宿舍。</p><p>12. 我的孩子比較調(diào)皮，如果不聽話，你們營地教練會打罵體罰孩子嗎？
