-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">作為一名幼兒教師我熱愛這個崗位，我捧出一顆火熱的心去熱愛孩子，了解他們，關心他們，與他們真心實意地交朋友，使他們感到師生之間的真誠和依賴。有一次戶外活動時，熙熙跑來問我：“老師，你有沒有好朋友啊，你的好朋友是誰啊?”我笑著回答道：“我的好朋友是你們??！”忽然豪豪大聲說道：“老師是老師，老師不是朋友，要是朋友，她為什么不和我們玩滑梯啊？”“對啊，為什么呢？”孩子們開始議論起來，這時萱萱跑來拉我手，說：“老師，和我們一起去玩吧！”說完，不由分說的拉我來到滑梯前，看著孩子期盼的眼光，我“勇敢”的上了滑梯，雖然看起來我的幼稚的行為是多么的不合適宜，但是看到孩子們高興的樣子，我感到很幸福，因為我在他們心中不再是那個遙不可及的老師，我變成了他們中的一員，我是他們可以信賴的朋友。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">班級有一個小朋友經常和小朋友有矛盾，午睡時有小動作，小朋友經常告他狀，不愿意和他做朋友。多次批評教育都無濟于事。一次，我發(fā)現(xiàn)他拿著笤帚收拾美工活動后的地面，回來后我撫摸著他的頭，溫和的對他說：“你真是個愛勞動的好孩子，老師希望你以后做一個講文明、懂禮貌的好孩子，如果不再和小朋友打架，那你一定成為最棒的孩子?！彼缓靡馑嫉攸c了點頭。上課的時候，當著全體小朋友的面我在班上表揚了他，并獎勵他，得到獎勵又受到表揚的他，從此改變了。上課認真聽講，主動整理圖書和玩具。其實，每個孩子內心是純潔的，愛調皮也不例外,只要老師以寬大的胸懷去愛每一個孩子,做到一視同仁,發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的閃光點，多一點鼓勵，少一點批評。調皮的孩子也會發(fā)出閃亮耀眼的光芒。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">有人這樣說過：如果你種下的是葵花，秋天收獲的會是一片金黃；如果你種下的是甘蔗，秋天的收獲的定是甜蜜；如果你種下的是自己的一顆心，收獲的一定是一輪火紅的太陽。記得有一次我感冒了，頭疼，耳朵疼。我捂著耳朵給小朋友上課，幾個孩子圍了上來：“老師你怎么了，不舒服嗎？”我輕輕地說:老師頭和耳朵有點疼，突然有個聲音說：“老師感冒了，不要吵了”，頓時整個教室安靜了下來，孩子們都在自己的座位上端正地坐好，安靜地看著我。當我給他們上課時候，孩子們似乎比平時更安靜了不少呢，下課了，孩子們過來抱著我，用小手捏捏我的頭，捶捶我的肩膀，“老師，你吃藥了嗎？”“老師你要多喝水，媽媽說生病了要多喝水喲”“老師，我給你捏捏頭吧”。多懂事的孩子，這不就是高爾基說的：“誰愛孩子，孩子就愛誰，只有愛孩子的人才會教育孩子?！痹诤⒆佣牙?，我似乎成了個小矮人，蹲在他們的高度和他們一起聊天和他們一同思考。在那一刻，我明白了：幸福就是老師蹲下和孩子面對面的的瞬間！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
