<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 2019年5月17日16時，傷口造口管理學組在北院區(qū)外科6樓示教室開展了一場特別的工作坊，本次工作坊的主要內(nèi)容是針對大單翻身技術(shù)進行培訓(xùn)。護理部副主任何紅、北院區(qū)科護士長張自艷、北院區(qū)部分科室護士長及學組協(xié)管員共四十余人參加此次工作坊，另外，在我院進行臨床實踐學習的省傷口造口?？谱o士培訓(xùn)班的部分學員也參加了本次工作坊。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">大單翻身技術(shù)主要是針對臥床或體型較胖、消瘦等患者改變體位時，為了保護患者的皮膚所應(yīng)用的一種翻身技術(shù)，也是壓力性損傷的預(yù)防措施之一。其目的：省時省力，避免皮膚擦傷及臀裂的發(fā)生，提高翻身過程中患者及護士的主觀體驗。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">傷口造口管理學組針對臨床調(diào)研結(jié)果，查閱相關(guān)指南及文獻后，組織進行大單翻身技術(shù)的標準制定并開展了此次工作坊。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">本次工作坊主要包括四個環(huán)節(jié)：PPT講解、視頻演示、實操演練和分組練習。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 首先由學組的核心成員何方護士長講解大單翻身技術(shù)的目的、意義、適用對象、禁忌癥及操作要點等理論知識。隨后，北院區(qū)眼耳鼻喉科張晨晞和普外科陳笛兩位老師現(xiàn)場演示了大單翻身技術(shù)，她倆流暢、規(guī)范的操作贏得大家熱烈的掌聲。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 在實操演練環(huán)節(jié)，省傷口造口培訓(xùn)班的學員們也認真進行操作，并提出了自己工作中的困惑，學組的郭萍護士長、曹軍容護士長、何方護士長均給予一一解答，并講解了壓力性損傷防治的系列新知識，如帶管翻身的操作要點、輪椅病人、截癱病人如何預(yù)防壓力性損傷等，并現(xiàn)場為大家進行了操作演示，同時強調(diào)我們在臨床護理工作中，不僅要關(guān)注壓力性損傷的高風險患者，對中、低風險的病人也一定不要忽視。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">北院區(qū)科護士長張自艷再次強調(diào)為患者翻身時要注意保護患者安全、要掌握大單翻身的適應(yīng)癥和禁忌癥。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 在分組練習環(huán)節(jié)，參加工作坊的護理人員分為四組進行練習，大家認真操作，并不時交流體會，北院區(qū)神經(jīng)泌尿外科的老師展示了科室固定體位效果較好的翻身工具，現(xiàn)場氣氛熱烈，大家紛紛表示受益頗多。</h3> <h3><p style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -webkit-standard; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none;"></h3></h3><p style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -webkit-standard; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none;"> 在工作坊結(jié)束前，學組針對本次工作坊內(nèi)容設(shè)計了培訓(xùn)效果評價表，現(xiàn)場收集大家對本次工作坊的學習感受，并將根據(jù)收集的意見和建議，不斷創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)方式，將傷口造口的知識和技能傳播給每一位護理人員，讓大家快樂學習、快樂成長，用專業(yè)知識更好的服務(wù)于患者！</h3>
