-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      課例研究小組正式成立之后，在組長(zhǎng)孫妍妍的帶領(lǐng)下，我們?nèi)w成員立馬坐在一起商議此次的研究主題，針對(duì)大家提出的困惑，以及大家都覺得作文教學(xué)歷來是語文教學(xué)系統(tǒng)中的重要組塊，它對(duì)提高學(xué)生的整體語文素養(yǎng)起著極為重要的作用，作文教學(xué)中的一項(xiàng)重要工程便是作文批改。作文批改，自主評(píng)改，語文教學(xué)寫作是語文教學(xué)中的重點(diǎn)，是不可缺少的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。在作文批改中，加大學(xué)生全體參與力度，是提高作文教學(xué)的有效措施?；谝陨纤悸啡w課例研究的成員們達(dá)成一致把本次課例主題定為《依托自主評(píng)改作文提高學(xué)生寫作能力的探究》。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       郭秋霞老師已然不再年輕，但她卻承擔(dān)了本次的授課任務(wù)；孫妍妍老師的女兒年幼，家里繁事諸多，真的是克服多大的艱辛，一次次的召集我們研討、修改教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。而負(fù)責(zé)拍照錄像的張丁丁老師，為了留下每一個(gè)美好的瞬間，記錄下每一次活動(dòng)的痕跡，她都在認(rèn)真的選取角度拍攝著，生怕漏掉哪一個(gè)精彩的畫面。畫面上卻獨(dú)獨(dú)缺少了那個(gè)認(rèn)真的身影，但是她沒有一句抱怨。且在活動(dòng)結(jié)束匯總階段，依然勤勤懇懇地在幾百張照片中挑選著有代表性的那幾張來，整理成文檔并附上文字說明。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">第一、重視單元備課，抓準(zhǔn)教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       回憶郭老師上課之初，我真不知習(xí)作評(píng)改課的重點(diǎn)是什么，現(xiàn)在，通過磨課、上課、再磨、再上，我清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)到，唯有認(rèn)真研究教材，做好單元整體備課，抓住單元訓(xùn)練的重點(diǎn)，才能設(shè)計(jì)出實(shí)用高效的習(xí)作備課計(jì)劃，才能讓學(xué)生真正在習(xí)作課上有所收獲。每個(gè)單元的訓(xùn)練重點(diǎn)就是習(xí)作課的指導(dǎo)和評(píng)改重點(diǎn)，而第一次出現(xiàn)在習(xí)作要求里的新的訓(xùn)練點(diǎn)也就是本組訓(xùn)練的難點(diǎn)，在習(xí)作教學(xué)過程中，教師就應(yīng)該想方設(shè)法突破這個(gè)難點(diǎn)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       教師的語言要賦予兒童化。記得郭老師初次試講這節(jié)課時(shí)，語言比較規(guī)范、生硬，常常是提出一個(gè)問題后，學(xué)生反映很冷淡，舉手回答者寥寥無幾。課堂語言要由成人化趨于兒童化。于是在一次次團(tuán)隊(duì)的建議下，郭老師就特別注意這個(gè)問題，每設(shè)計(jì)一句話，都考慮學(xué)生能否聽得懂。后來，我們?cè)谥笇?dǎo)課上設(shè)計(jì)了出示范文解決重難點(diǎn)的環(huán)節(jié)，課堂上選的幾篇范文都是原汁原味的學(xué)生作品，沒做多少改動(dòng)。在這節(jié)習(xí)作評(píng)價(jià)課上，我們覺得，作文點(diǎn)評(píng)就應(yīng)該是用心靈解讀心靈，我們要尊重學(xué)生的童心，尊重他們的獨(dú)特感受，尊重他們的語言表達(dá)方式。但在這節(jié)課上，還是有一些小環(huán)節(jié)沒有處理好。如，讓學(xué)生說說“平時(shí)你們是怎樣評(píng)價(jià)和修改作文的”，郭老師是希望同學(xué)們從字通句順、布局謀篇、感情是否真摯等方面來談，可學(xué)生們說得卻是他們?cè)鯓油ㄟ^小組合作來進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，這就說明我們提的問題不恰當(dāng)，如果我們的問題更清楚一些，像“平時(shí)你是怎樣修改自己的作文的,”或許學(xué)生的回答就會(huì)達(dá)到我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的目的了。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">    《我的理想》連續(xù)上了兩次不成功的課。這次我吸取上兩次的教訓(xùn)，發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并且課件也做了大的改動(dòng)，從全班孩子中選出習(xí)作水平稍欠缺的學(xué)生喻某某的這篇文章，內(nèi)容不具體作為范文評(píng)改。師生共改一文，真正讓學(xué)生從中悟出評(píng)改方法，悟出深刻教訓(xùn)，改進(jìn)提升習(xí)作能力。學(xué)生的展示過程讓在座的老師不住稱贊。本次作文評(píng)改課，我抓住了進(jìn)一步了解一篇好的作文的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，學(xué)生有的放矢，會(huì)運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)照和衡量他人的作文和自己的作文，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，提高寫作水平。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       我在學(xué)生修改完習(xí)作之后，讓孩子們讀讀自己習(xí)作中的某一個(gè)句子或某個(gè)片段，或讀一讀整篇習(xí)作。將自己文中的精彩之筆分享給大家，學(xué)生賞中評(píng)價(jià)。這樣學(xué)生看到自己的習(xí)作符合自己的意愿，通過修改使習(xí)作更加具體、生動(dòng)，學(xué)生也能從中感悟到寫作、修改的方法和規(guī)律。久而久之會(huì)越發(fā)地喜歡上習(xí)作，讓孩子們把習(xí)作當(dāng)成一種習(xí)慣，把修改當(dāng)成一種習(xí)慣。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
