師道——思維總結(jié)^_^郭榮娣^_^ <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 最美的風(fēng)景在遠(yuǎn)方，最好的自己在路上。為了使青年教師力量破土而出，走向?qū)I(yè)化成長，發(fā)揮洪荒之力。2019年4月8日下午，在德州太陽城中學(xué)一號報告廳隆重舉行了師道知行教師發(fā)展融合體成立大會。</h3> <h3><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> 4月19日，</span><span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">思維導(dǎo)圖俱樂部作為</span><span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">師道知行教師發(fā)展融合中</span><span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">的一個項(xiàng)目組，舉行了第一次組內(nèi)分享會議。俱樂部組長范志婕老師從手冊評分/人員確定、學(xué)期工作安排、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀、導(dǎo)圖繪制案例分析四個方面對思維導(dǎo)圖俱樂部的工作進(jìn)行了部署。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 4月26日，<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">很有幸作為思維導(dǎo)圖俱樂部的代表，上臺進(jìn)行全校的分享。我</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">以《思維導(dǎo)圖初體驗(yàn)——我的導(dǎo)圖成長記》為題從遇見篇——直直的分支，學(xué)習(xí)篇——圓滑的分支，機(jī)遇篇——《圓的復(fù)習(xí)課》《反比例函數(shù)》兩次示范課的磨練，實(shí)踐篇——課堂總結(jié)、教學(xué)反思、學(xué)生運(yùn)用展示等三方面進(jìn)行了分享。通過分享，經(jīng)歷了收獲，也勉勵著繼續(xù)前行！</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 5月10日，思維導(dǎo)圖項(xiàng)目組進(jìn)行了第二次組內(nèi)分享會議。會議由手繪導(dǎo)圖互點(diǎn)評、中心圖的選擇與繪制、心得分享、問題交流四部分組長，每個成員積極發(fā)言，互相學(xué)習(xí)，收獲滿滿。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 5月31日，范志婕老師在全校項(xiàng)目組的分享會上，從六個方面總結(jié)了思維導(dǎo)圖項(xiàng)目組的成果。6次會議，30幅作品，6節(jié)課例，4篇論文，1次報告，20篇心得體會，每一次的動手都有很大的提升，我們將不負(fù)重望，砥礪前行！</h3> <h3> 最后，展示一下我們整個思維導(dǎo)圖項(xiàng)目組的作品。首先是化學(xué)組范志婕老師、呂會娥老師、李紅梅老師和馬前前老師的作品，她們系統(tǒng)全面的總結(jié)了化學(xué)各單元的知識點(diǎn)。</h3> <h3> 接著是英語組伏莉莉老師和王旭老師的作品，她們從不同角度對英語學(xué)科進(jìn)行的總結(jié)與歸納。</h3> <h3> 接著是語文組的位蘭雙老師、解放老師和數(shù)學(xué)組郭榮娣老師的作品，從學(xué)科、生活多角度進(jìn)行展示。</h3> <h3> 最后是地理組杜青青老師的作品，不鳴則已 一鳴驚人啊，形象直觀生動。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 從一幅幅作品中，足以看到老師們的用心與努力，收獲與成長，我們將不忘初心，在課堂呈現(xiàn)上有更多的突破！</h3>
