德化縣城東幼兒園 2019年秋季困難資助工作-《致家長(zhǎng)的一封信》

<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">        尊敬的家長(zhǎng)：</span><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        為了貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家資助政策，更好地幫助家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難幼兒接受學(xué)前教育，減輕家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力。按照上級(jí)文件要求，我園實(shí)施發(fā)放學(xué)前教育政府助學(xué)金相關(guān)規(guī)定及申請(qǐng)辦法如下：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （一）資助對(duì)象：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       1.第一類：建檔立卡家庭（國(guó)定、省定）幼兒、殘疾幼兒、低保家庭幼兒、農(nóng)村特困救助供養(yǎng)幼兒、孤兒、烈士子女或重點(diǎn)優(yōu)撫家庭子女。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       2.第二類：建檔立卡家庭（市定）及其他家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難幼兒。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      （二）補(bǔ)助金額標(biāo)準(zhǔn)</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       1.第一類：對(duì)建檔立卡家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難幼兒（國(guó)定、省定）、低保家庭（含特困人員）幼兒、孤兒或殘疾幼兒、烈士子女或重點(diǎn)優(yōu)撫家庭子女按第一類（每生每年2000元政府助學(xué)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）予以資助。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       2.第二類：對(duì)建檔立卡（市定）及其它類家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難幼兒按第二類（每生每年1000元政府助學(xué)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）予以資助。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （三）申報(bào)時(shí)間</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2019年9月10日前向所在班級(jí)班主任申報(bào)，幼兒園審核后，錄入福建省學(xué)前資助系統(tǒng)，并上報(bào)縣教育局。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      （四）申報(bào)辦法</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">         1.家長(zhǎng)按照申報(bào)對(duì)象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，填寫《學(xué)生資助申請(qǐng)認(rèn)定表》（表格找各班班主任領(lǐng)取）經(jīng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)或縣有關(guān)部門審核意見，向幼兒園提出申報(bào)。提供申請(qǐng)表、身份證、戶口本、低保證、殘疾證原件或家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難證明等佐證材料（佐證材料要加蓋鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)及以上相關(guān)部門的公章）。以上材料需復(fù)印件一式兩份，其中戶口本要復(fù)印戶口本首頁、戶主一頁、父親、母親和幼兒頁單面復(fù)印。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">         2.形成擬資助名單，經(jīng)園內(nèi)公示無異議，上報(bào)上級(jí)主管部門審核。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">                                           </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">                                   德化縣城東幼兒園</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">                                      2019年6月14日</h3>
