white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 程松花老人，女，88歲，身高155左右，家住回族鎮(zhèn)城西木工廠區(qū)社院，于2019年6月6日晚18：34在寨溝村后山走失(有寨溝村村民監(jiān)控錄像記錄)，家人在搜救過程中，于21：00左右通過手機(jī)定位仍能查到老人在寨溝后山的位置，但在家屬搜尋的過程中，老人手腕式手機(jī)斷電，失去聯(lián)系和蹤跡。家屬在寨溝村后山坡上搜尋至今！<font color="#333333">終于</font>在寨溝后山發(fā)現(xiàn)了老人！可是大家都高興不起來！原因是老人不幸的失去生命離開了?。?！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">洛陽市神鷹救援隊(duì)隸屬于洛陽市紅十字會(huì)。2008年參加汶川地震救災(zāi)后，于2009年3月組建成，2010年10月正式在洛陽市民政局注冊(cè)并更名為洛陽市神鷹救援隊(duì)，是河南省成立最早的一支民間專業(yè)救援隊(duì)。總隊(duì)目前下設(shè)戶外搜救大隊(duì)、醫(yī)療救護(hù)大隊(duì)、無線通訊大隊(duì)、摩托應(yīng)急大隊(duì)、特勤大隊(duì)、預(yù)備大隊(duì)、后勤保障大隊(duì)、心理疏導(dǎo)大隊(duì)、飛行搜救大隊(duì)以及綜合部（辦公室、外宣、活動(dòng)統(tǒng)籌、信息統(tǒng)計(jì)）、信息中心、外聯(lián)部八大直屬大隊(duì)和三個(gè)職能部門組成。分支已發(fā)展到黑龍江、山東、河北、四川、鄭州、周口、平頂山、南陽等省市，縣區(qū)發(fā)展的有嵩縣、新安、伊川、汝陽、宜陽、偃師、洛寧、吉利、欒川等，截至目前注冊(cè)隊(duì)員575名，救援車輛及船只128臺(tái)輛，救援輔助裝備73件套。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
