white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們不會忘記，省委原副書記、省政協(xié)主席姚增科同志為老年大學的改擴建工程多次做出重要批示，并親自給有關(guān)部門和南昌市的同志打電話，要求幫助老年大學的改擴建工程克服一些困難，推進一些工作。還有，省委組織部、省委老干部局為了這項工程，經(jīng)常主動銜接協(xié)調(diào)，多方幫我們奔走、多方幫我們聯(lián)系溝通。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們不會忘記，南昌市委市政府、東湖區(qū)委區(qū)政府為老年大學的改擴建工程一路“開綠燈”，最大限度地滿足施工進度要求，為老年大學施工創(chuàng)造各方面條件。南昌市委殷美根書記對省老年大學改擴建工程更是有求必應、有請必批，并且主動詢問還有什么困難。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們不會忘記，省里的有關(guān)部門對老年大學大力支持。省公安廳克服最大困難，把原辦公大樓毫無保留地完整交給我們；省發(fā)改委把對老同志的感情融匯到對老年大學改擴建方案精益求精、嚴格把關(guān)上，投入到主動加班加點搶抓加快審批進度中；省財政廳對老年大學辦學過程和改擴建等各方面提供經(jīng)費保障；省編辦為解決改擴建后的老年大學教學工作需要，主動為我們增加機構(gòu)和編制。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我們深深懂得，教學成果的匯報演出與我們的教師和班干部息息相關(guān)?？梢哉f，沒有優(yōu)秀的教師和優(yōu)秀的班干部，就不會有優(yōu)秀的匯報演出成果，這也是我們把這兩者合在一起的初衷。除了今天和明天的匯報演出之外，我們還有264幅書法類作品，近200幅攝影類作品和30多個其他各類文藝節(jié)目，無法一一展示在今明兩天的舞臺上，但它們同樣是精品，同樣是師生們心血的結(jié)晶。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們深深懂得，在教學過程當中，我們的老師付出了艱辛努力。今天表彰的15位優(yōu)秀教師中年齡最大的有70多歲，他就是在老年大學從事教學30年，現(xiàn)在教古典文學的熊盛元老師。還有從事教學工作26年的朱曉卉老師，以及21年的陶國華老師、19年的金長春老師、17年的王進輝老師。應當說絕大部分教師把自己最好的青春年華獻給了老年大學教學事業(yè)。今天受表彰的雖然只有15位教師，只占老年大學45位教師的三分之一。但是你們不計名利、不計得失，默默無聞地耕耘在老年大學這塊土地上，為江西老年大學教學發(fā)展無私奉獻了一切。今天還有36位優(yōu)秀班干部受到表彰，只占了61個班級183名班干部中近四分之一。但是，這36位優(yōu)秀班干部是學員與學校、與老師緊密相連的橋梁。我們優(yōu)秀班干部由于名額所限只有36位，但是優(yōu)秀的班干部何止36位？還有許多默默無聞的班干部，在任勞任怨地操勞著。不講別的，就講這次廳干一班和廳干二班在井岡山游學，為了讓學員能夠接受教育、能夠鼓動群眾，能夠演出老年大學的風采，這兩個班的班長、班干部可謂是把心都操碎了，把一切都想在了前頭。有條微信看得我鼻子有些發(fā)酸：聽到最后一位同學報告平安到家了，我心里一塊石頭落地了，是夜無眠，皓月當空，一種如釋重負的感覺慢慢浸泡了我。從他們身上，我們看到了老年大學的未來，看到了老同志重返舞臺的身姿。正是因為有了這樣優(yōu)秀的教師、這樣優(yōu)秀的班干部，我們才能像一家人一樣其樂融融地走上社會、走入生活。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們也深深懂得，我們?nèi)w教師、全體學員，為了老年大學的明天，都在用自己的行動，一磚一瓦，為老年大學發(fā)展奉獻自己的才智。到現(xiàn)在為止，老年大學確實是我們大家值得留戀、值得感懷、值得為之奉獻的集體。我們有許多的學員，比如上井岡山的這次游學，一位學員一拿起相機為班上同學一照就是270多張，有報酬嗎？沒有。還有的學員做的影碟、視頻，是一遍一遍、不厭其煩、不怕其難。參加演出的學員，沒有節(jié)假日，沒有星期天，排練經(jīng)常沒日沒夜，有的甚至在上臺前的幾分鐘他們也不放過，目的是為了將更好的節(jié)目呈獻給大家。這是需要一種何等的精神。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們漸漸明白，世界上的養(yǎng)老模式有多種多樣，個人養(yǎng)老習慣也有千差萬別，但是如果離開了精神層面的養(yǎng)老，那是沒有尊嚴的養(yǎng)老，是不完整的養(yǎng)老。從這個意義上來說，老年大學就是一大填充。所以，我們必須讓老年大學招納更多的老年學員，讓他們在歌聲當中、在舞蹈當中、在揮毫潑墨當中、在各種娛樂活動節(jié)目表演當中，忘掉年齡、忘掉煩擾、忘掉疾病，讓老同志能夠重溫昔日的歲月。這次井岡山游學，有一位工齡60多年，80多歲的老學員，這次因為身體原因沒能上井岡山，感到非常遺憾。他說過去在工作當中經(jīng)常上井岡山，但是從來沒有像今天這樣留下遺憾。還有個學員告訴我，她把視頻發(fā)給女兒女婿，他們回復：“媽媽，你又找回了青春，你又活回了從前?！彼裕诟杪暜斨卸冗^的歲月多么令人難忘。它能溝起人們對過往生活的回想，回到自己曾經(jīng)經(jīng)歷的苦難和輝煌，從而激發(fā)各自對生活的更加熱愛。這次老年大學的聲樂班只招100多人，但報名的老年同志超過了600人。這是一種多大的需求?。∵€有多少人是“嗷嗷待學”！所以我們唯有加快老年大學的改擴建工程，才能盡可能多地滿足更多老年同志求學的渴望。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們漸漸明白，當今社會需求對老同志的歡迎是多方面的，也是老同志走上街頭、走上車間、走上課堂的動力。每一個老同志在舞臺、在畫壇、在各個領(lǐng)域留下的痕跡，將是一段彌足珍貴的歷史記憶，也是對晚輩最好的教育。我曾聽一些參演的學員說，每當我們的歌聲響起來，舞蹈跳起來，節(jié)目演起來，周圍的群眾無不和我們互動起來。他們用掌聲和鮮花鼓勵和點贊我們，有的甚至在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上就我們的活動展開討論。這說明，躬逢盛世的老年人，他們所創(chuàng)造的這些，社會是多么的需要，群眾是多么的喜歡，讓老年人在學習文化中更加充實地安享晚年，不正是中華民族復興之夢題中應有之義嗎？！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
