white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">第二講：教師專業(yè)發(fā)展：要義與實踐 李巖講師</h3> <h3> 做一個學(xué)生喜愛的老師，教育是愛??與關(guān)懷，而不是簡單地傳授知識。學(xué)生的認(rèn)同感：喜歡才能做得好，勉強的事情是不會卓越的！</h3> <h3>三例榜樣：</h3><h3>孔子：師德高尚的教師</h3><h3>陶行知：生活即教育</h3><h3>美國年度模范教師</h3> <h3> 要認(rèn)同每位學(xué)生的差異，不要因為一些小事去批評他/她，找出學(xué)生的閃光點，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)他們都是美好的！</h3> <h3> 教師要有對文本深度的解讀，不要浮于表象，德育就好比鹽或味精，它不會只放在一門學(xué)科，它能滲透到教學(xué)的方方面面。</h3><h3> ??情境化：知識在書本上是枯燥的，但是只有被教師運用起來才是重要的。這在于教師如何使它情境化，易于學(xué)生理解。</h3><h3> ??聯(lián)系性：知識是緊緊聯(lián)系在一起的，它不是單一的存在，各門學(xué)科都有著內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系。</h3><h3> 教師要關(guān)注知識的更新，可以在知識教學(xué)的過程當(dāng)中，要有深度同時也有廣度。</h3> <h3>思考誰比誰重要：</h3><h3> 一節(jié)優(yōu)秀的公開課 VS 一節(jié)普通的討論課</h3> <h3> 優(yōu)秀教師會有許多辦法教學(xué)，而一名普通的老師，可能只會關(guān)注一節(jié)課的教學(xué)進(jìn)程。</h3><h3> ??推理：找出原因，為什么沒有講好？</h3><h3> ??擇宜：選擇最佳的策略來解決課堂的問題。</h3><h3> 由此可見，一名優(yōu)秀的教師，他不僅僅關(guān)注著教學(xué)進(jìn)程，還關(guān)注自己是否有哪些出錯了，還關(guān)注學(xué)生是否聽懂了！</h3> <h3> ??讓教師從自己的教學(xué)<font color="#ed2308">改進(jìn)</font>中得到成長，是<font color="#ed2308">最為有效的</font>專業(yè)發(fā)展道路。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3> ??教師的工作絕不是<font color="#ed2308">花里胡哨</font>的，而是由“小事”<font color="#ed2308"><span style="caret-color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">累積</span></font>起來的。</h3> <h3> 短暫的三天培訓(xùn)已經(jīng)落下帷幕。我想說，我們有過共同快樂的時光，相聚就變得更有意義?，F(xiàn)在想來，原來每一次離別都是在孕育著下一次的相聚！從現(xiàn)在起，讓我們一起期待再次相聚吧！??????????????</h3>
