white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">田友誼教授的《重鑄學(xué)魂：為可持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)奠基》，現(xiàn)在是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代，發(fā)生的悄然變化，人們的學(xué)習(xí)欲望減弱，很多人不會(huì)閱讀了。田教授首先介紹了中小學(xué)教師閱讀現(xiàn)狀如何？1.閱讀時(shí)間短，2.讀書數(shù)量少，3.購書數(shù)量少。據(jù)調(diào)查顯示，82%的教師每天閱讀時(shí)間低于1小時(shí)，61%的教師在過去一年里讀過的書不超過四本，86%的教師在過去一年訂閱的期刊雜志低于兩種，79.4%的教師一年購買的書籍少于10本。從各方面闡述了閱讀學(xué)習(xí)的重要性。我們之所以要學(xué)習(xí)，終極目標(biāo)是為了自我成長，如果沒有成長，一切的學(xué)習(xí)都是浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。過去我們學(xué)的是知識(shí)，知識(shí)是死的?，F(xiàn)在學(xué)的是思維，思維是活的。過去的學(xué)習(xí)是為了父母，為了成績，為了找份好工作。而現(xiàn)在的學(xué)習(xí)完全是為了自己，為了升級(jí)思維系統(tǒng)，打磨專業(yè)技能，探究未來的發(fā)展方向，然后逐步培養(yǎng)更有價(jià)值的自我。不斷錘煉自己，也是面向未來社會(huì)的必然要求。</h3> <h3>來自大仵鄉(xiāng)的李俊生老師在做精彩結(jié)課分享</h3> <h3>下年，來自大仵鄉(xiāng)的朱亞麗老師在做導(dǎo)課</h3> <h3>李莉：武漢市中小學(xué)校長教師繼續(xù)教育中心任職，省名師、市名師、市優(yōu)秀校長。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
