white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 垃圾分類是實(shí)現(xiàn)減量、提質(zhì)、增效的必然選擇，是改善人居環(huán)境、促進(jìn)城市精細(xì)化管理、保障可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措。能不能做到垃圾分類，直接反映一個人，乃至一座城市的生態(tài)素養(yǎng)和文明程度。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 綠色的蹤跡悄悄地萎縮，垃圾覆蓋在這片黃土山。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)1996年，中國城市生活垃圾清運(yùn)量達(dá)1億噸，而且以每年8%—10%的速度增長。垃圾的歷史堆存量達(dá)到60多億噸。塑料袋之所以被稱為人類最糟糕的發(fā)明，就因?yàn)樗鳛槔y以被處理，這也就成為垃圾處理中的一大難題。這些垃圾是全國200多座城市陷入垃圾包圍之中，堆存侵占5—2000億多平方米，中國城市生活垃圾年產(chǎn)量達(dá)到1.5億噸，成為人類嚴(yán)峻的問題之一。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">其它垃圾:包括除上述幾類垃圾之外的磚瓦陶瓷、渣土、衛(wèi)生間廢紙、紙巾等難以回收的廢棄物及果殼、塵土、食品袋（盒）。采取衛(wèi)生填埋可有效減少對地下水、地表水、土壤及空氣的污染。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
