white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">南通教育科學(xué)研究院理論教育研究科長(zhǎng)、教授級(jí)中學(xué)高級(jí)教師周榮斌給我們帶來(lái)了主題為《<font color="#b04fbb">童真團(tuán)隊(duì)里的關(guān)鍵“他人”</font>》<font color="#191919">“何為童真？”“我是誰(shuí)？”</font>兩個(gè)問(wèn)題調(diào)動(dòng)了大家的積極性。在探討中周教授說(shuō)循道崇真，即循兒童教育之道，崇兒童教育之真。童真團(tuán)隊(duì)的著力點(diǎn)就是把“我”擺進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)里，擺進(jìn)校園里。而“我”，作為三十而立的我們，要立的是為人處世，人生態(tài)度，立規(guī)矩，立原則。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">周榮斌教授從“我們的校長(zhǎng)”、“我們的學(xué)科組”、“我們的班集體”、“我們的教科院”、“我們的他山之石”、“我們的課改新時(shí)代”、“我們的文化成長(zhǎng)”七個(gè)方面講述了文化型、組織型、資源型團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)于學(xué)校教育發(fā)展起到的重要作用。周教授強(qiáng)調(diào)要構(gòu)建校人合一，和諧的校園新生態(tài)，強(qiáng)調(diào)以學(xué)生為中心，重視學(xué)生、學(xué)情學(xué)習(xí)；提出了傾聽(tīng)與思維的關(guān)系，讓我們專注傾聽(tīng)背后思維的聲音，引人深思。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
