white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 當(dāng)晚，救援隊隊長劉冠中得知消息后在報案人的帶領(lǐng)下第一時間駕駛裝備車趕往現(xiàn)場。隊員劉建武第一個攜帶打撈桿跳入水中；救隊員田建勇當(dāng)晚正在發(fā)燒，得知消息后拔掉針頭就趕往現(xiàn)場，跳入水中參加搜救；隊員王金保已經(jīng)67歲，也同其他救援人中一樣跳入水中參加打撈；隊員張會寧在搜救過程中腿部被石塊碰傷，仍舊帶傷參加救援……救援隊先后趕到的16名隊員，其中還有5名女隊員，共有10人下水摸排，另外幾名隊員在岸上負責(zé)相關(guān)協(xié)助工作。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 為警示公眾提高安全意識，預(yù)防溺水事故，救援隊隨后在美篇發(fā)布了當(dāng)晚參加救援的消息。消息發(fā)布后，一個網(wǎng)名為“ Whieperd”的網(wǎng)友在評論區(qū)連續(xù)發(fā)布不當(dāng)言論，誣蔑稱“救援隊沒有去現(xiàn)場”“救援隊掙死人的錢”。此人不負責(zé)的發(fā)帖，給救援隊造成不良的社會影響，也引起全體救援隊員強烈不滿和憤慨。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 濮陽市紅十字水上義務(wù)救援隊是由我市游泳愛好者自發(fā)成立的純公益水上救援組織。救援隊成立4年以來，先后接受110、119指令和群眾求助220次，在濮陽及周邊省市出動救援240次，出動隊員4800多人次，搜救打撈溺水者247人，幫助群眾打撈汽車等財物價值200多萬元，尋找到走失老人和兒童6人，成功挽救16條寶貴生命。2018年，救援隊還自費參加老撾潰壩事故的國際救援。為普及防溺水安全知識，救援隊成立宣講團，先后走進黃河岸邊等溺水高發(fā)區(qū)域，為學(xué)校和社區(qū)義務(wù)宣講240場。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
