-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">常說“最好的教育不是灌滿一桶水，而是點(diǎn)燃一把火”，要讓學(xué)生保持寫作的熱情，不能一味的用應(yīng)試的考場作文去扭曲學(xué)生的作文觀，就像新課標(biāo)里講的那樣，寫作是為了讓學(xué)生懂得自我表達(dá)和與人交流。管老師找到的方法是發(fā)表，很慶幸，今天跟著管老師學(xué)習(xí)了詳細(xì)的寫作動力系統(tǒng)，第一年等級評獎，第二年積分活動，第三年稿費(fèi)活動。這些手段措施就是為了讓寫作興趣以寫作意志來延續(xù)，學(xué)生會被點(diǎn)燃，被喚醒。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
