white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">曲指算來(lái)我已經(jīng)是第三次入藏了。滇藏、青藏，川藏三條公路都體驗(yàn)了一把。第二次是六年前的2013年，那時(shí)正值壯年。這次感覺(jué)到有輕微的高原反應(yīng)了。因?yàn)橐呀?jīng)步入耆年階段。有人說(shuō)高原反應(yīng)與身體有關(guān)，也有人說(shuō)與年齡有關(guān)。我覺(jué)得游西藏最好趁年青。進(jìn)藏之前要做好充分準(zhǔn)備。每到一次西藏，充分體會(huì)到：眼睛在天堂，身體在地獄，靈魂在路上。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
