white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">“集體學習和游戲是幼兒成長的重要途徑?！苯虒W組從</span>多方面查看幼兒的學習過程及痕跡（如主題墻、區(qū)角活動、墻面創(chuàng)設(shè)及戶外游戲等）。本次教學組隨機進班觀摩老師的教學活動及區(qū)角活動，檢查教師是否備教一致，保證每個活動之前都有進行研討和教具的準備；觀課議課的課后評，及時給老師提出有效的建議；每一次區(qū)角活動活動時教師有針對性的記錄幼兒的學習行為；主題墻更能讓家長直觀的感受幼兒的學習軌跡。</font></h3> <h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">四、后勤組：堅持把幼兒的安全健康放在首位。走進幼兒園的每個角落，檢查幼兒園環(huán)境設(shè)施安全、現(xiàn)場衛(wèi)生消毒，檢查了幼兒園食材采買做到當天買當天吃，臺賬清楚準確、食物規(guī)范留樣48小時、出入庫臺賬，和消毒記錄按時。所有食材來園規(guī)范有索證索票。從幼兒進園晨檢，盥洗、進餐、如廁、飲水到健康教育、午睡巡查、戶外鍛煉、離園檢查 ，細查各環(huán)節(jié)對幼兒科學、細致的生活管理。</h3></h3> <h3>走進每個園所，檢查小組的成員們首先看到的都是幼兒園里不一樣的天地；隨著檢查工作的開展會發(fā)現(xiàn)每一位新生進入班級后教師都會及時把幼兒在園情況反饋給家長；各園所能及時完成行事歷的工作及資料收集裝檔。每一位教師都具備上崗資格并簽訂了有效的勞務合同。隨機進班觀摩教學和區(qū)角活動時發(fā)現(xiàn)教師在活動前是有教研、有準備的。教師在墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)里能看到孩子參與的作品及學習痕跡。后勤工作在各個環(huán)節(jié)都把控的非常嚴格。</h3> <h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
