<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> 國慶返校，回昭覺的路上，我竟有種回家的感覺，友人問我怕是到時(shí)回去會(huì)有很多的留戀和不舍，原來只要一個(gè)月就可以扎下根來，在涼山這片熱土。原來人與人之間，相遇是不問早晚，緣份是不論短長的。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> 長假后上班的第一天，馬校長就召集我們開會(huì)，進(jìn)行一個(gè)月來支教工作的反饋，很及時(shí)也很有必要。一個(gè)月的支教工作下來，我有如下幾點(diǎn)感受——</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">一、青年教師渴望成長、追求進(jìn)步</span><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 昭覺中學(xué)新進(jìn)的十位年輕英語教師，認(rèn)真、上進(jìn)、有專業(yè)追求，他們認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、認(rèn)真批改作業(yè)、認(rèn)真參與早讀、午托、晚自修等各項(xiàng)工作，敬業(yè)精神可圈可點(diǎn)。他們也非常珍惜在昭覺中學(xué)的工作機(jī)會(huì)，虛心向老教師求教、積極參與聽評(píng)課活動(dòng)，可以深深地感受到他們的向?qū)W之心，希望學(xué)校給予他們更多的平臺(tái)和機(jī)會(huì)來助力他們的成長。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">二、青年教師須加強(qiáng)研究、反思成長</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 新教師的成長，需要時(shí)間的積累，需要實(shí)踐的歷練。新教師從站上講臺(tái)到站穩(wěn)講臺(tái)再到站好講臺(tái)，更是一個(gè)自我成長和蛻變的過程。個(gè)人感覺，我們的新老師需要加強(qiáng)研究，需要不斷反思。要研究我們的教材、課標(biāo)；要研究我們的生源狀況；要研究我們的教情、考情。在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，不斷地反思、調(diào)整，提高課堂的管理、駕馭能力，推動(dòng)課堂教學(xué)的發(fā)展。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">三、學(xué)校頂層設(shè)計(jì)助力青年教師成長</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 昭覺中學(xué)十分重視青年教師的成長，此次教育幫扶我們工作重心也是落在青年教師的培養(yǎng)上，通過聽評(píng)課、研討會(huì)、青年教師賽課、指導(dǎo)教師示范課等一系列活動(dòng)，滲透教學(xué)理念、培養(yǎng)年輕教師的責(zé)任感、使命感和擔(dān)當(dāng)力，希望在大家共同的努力下，我們的年輕教師能迅速成長，能獨(dú)當(dāng)一面。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 轉(zhuǎn)眼九月已成過往，我們將迎來十月的支教生活，教育部、江蘇教育基地的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、專家、學(xué)者將陸續(xù)抵達(dá)昭覺，也會(huì)有新鮮的血液注入到我們的支教洪流中，我們定當(dāng)守初心、擔(dān)使命，不負(fù)重托、努力前行！</h3>
