white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.物品的影射。很多時候，拿東西都是無意識的，這些物品是來訪者一段時間身邊事情得影射。需要通過一段故事，一個情境呈現(xiàn)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.角色。最近看一部電視，女人小學(xué)畢業(yè)，一直種地供男人讀書，男人后來成了著名的律師，而女人一直在家做飯。男人的同事來家做客，女人說話的口吻更像是姐姐或者媽媽。結(jié)局且不說，現(xiàn)在看，應(yīng)該是女人一開始就扮演了錯誤的角色。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">能用沙盤的知識解決生活中的問題，這是我會沙盤的感受，特別感謝景楠老師的傾囊相授。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1.第一次，主動擁抱別人。今晚的培訓(xùn)，在最后結(jié)束時，我主動擁抱了景楠老師，是出于感謝？感動？或者其他？我不得而知。只是知道當(dāng)時就想近距離的接觸一次，擁抱一次。從有記憶開始到現(xiàn)在，努力搜索主動擁抱別人的場景，但是很遺憾，我始終沒有找到這樣的情感表達(dá)方式。有時覺得太過煽情，有時覺得沒有必要，大多時候還有想不到去那樣做。今天的主動，讓我覺得很舒服很開心，好像心胸也開闊了很多。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.溝通的方式促使我開始關(guān)注別人。和同伴的經(jīng)歷讓我模擬了最近，從抗拒交流，逃避交流到成功走近別人的故事的過程。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，開始關(guān)注的是自己的提問是否正確，落腳點(diǎn)是否能引起共鳴，但結(jié)果很失敗。只有關(guān)注來訪者的故事，心情時才能走近對方的心里，達(dá)到良好溝通的效果。這次的體驗(yàn)，讓我嘗到了溝通的甜頭。不在懼怕交流。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
