<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        根據(jù)貴州省關(guān)心下一代工作委員會(huì)、貴州省教育廳《關(guān)于實(shí)施2019年貧困地區(qū)學(xué)前教育“雙助”行動(dòng)》的文件精神，涼水井幼兒園列為2019年貧困地區(qū)學(xué)前教育“研培中心”項(xiàng)目受助對(duì)象，使其充分發(fā)揮中心幼兒園的輻射、指導(dǎo)、帶動(dòng)作用。我園帶著不讓一個(gè)孩子輸在起跑線上的目的，同時(shí)也為了更好的發(fā)揮縣級(jí)示范性幼兒園的輻射效應(yīng)，并建立起立足于涼水井鎮(zhèn)學(xué)前教育的“研培中心”，建立起一支師德優(yōu)良、專(zhuān)業(yè)過(guò)硬的幼兒教師隊(duì)伍，助力涼水井鎮(zhèn)學(xué)前教育提質(zhì)增效，辦適合學(xué)齡前兒童的教育。結(jié)合我鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)際情況，特開(kāi)展此次研培中心的成立暨全鎮(zhèn)幼兒教師培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       活動(dòng)開(kāi)始前，學(xué)區(qū)辦張命師老師<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">發(fā)表講話，并對(duì)這次活動(dòng)提出了幾個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)要求:</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       1.帶著問(wèn)題去學(xué)去聽(tīng)、去想、反思、多對(duì)培訓(xùn)老師提出困在心中的問(wèn)題。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       2.做好筆記，認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講，并在學(xué)習(xí)后做好總結(jié)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">       3.培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后注意回家安全。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       同時(shí)希望老師們帶著問(wèn)題去學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)，要懂得“我要做什么？”“我能怎么做？”“我該怎樣改進(jìn)？”</h3> <h3>　隨后我園園長(zhǎng)劉陽(yáng)旭就黔關(guān)工委｛2019｝11號(hào)文件精神要求，成立了涼水井鎮(zhèn)學(xué)前教育“研培中心”領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，并把“研培中心”每月的工作計(jì)劃，融入到我園的常規(guī)工作之中。</h3><div><h3><br></h3></div><h3></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        接著為了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)全鎮(zhèn)幼兒教師消防安全意識(shí)，提高教師防火滅火及組織幼兒安全自救逃生的能力，全面做好幼兒園消防安全知識(shí)宣傳工作，我們有幸邀請(qǐng)到了思南縣消防大隊(duì)袁排長(zhǎng)作消防安全培訓(xùn)。</h3><h3></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        培訓(xùn)中，袁排長(zhǎng)圍繞常用滅火器的使用、火場(chǎng)逃生的自救方法、常用消防安全知識(shí)，進(jìn)行生動(dòng)、形象的講解。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       袁排長(zhǎng)同時(shí)也重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了做好三方面工作：一是加強(qiáng)安全隱患的排查和整改；二是加強(qiáng)師生消防安全自護(hù)的教育和訓(xùn)練，切實(shí)把安全教育納入日常教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容之中；三是加強(qiáng)安全制度的完善和落實(shí)。</h3> <h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       時(shí)時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)，事事學(xué)習(xí)，我們只要做好每一件小事，每天只要進(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，就是最大的成功。接著辦公室主任方夢(mèng)琳老師就《意外傷害的防范與處理》作二級(jí)培訓(xùn)。</h3></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        方老師不僅講授了幼兒急救過(guò)程中應(yīng)掌握的基本常識(shí)，而且還現(xiàn)場(chǎng)示范了海克拉姆急救法的操作方法和技巧。</h3> <h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　　為了加強(qiáng)我鎮(zhèn)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，提高教師自身修養(yǎng)，樹(shù)立教師正面積極的形象，規(guī)范教師行為舉止，我園教學(xué)主任陳桂霞老師開(kāi)展了《幼兒教師職業(yè)道德認(rèn)知》培訓(xùn)</h3></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      其實(shí)，我們不僅僅需要學(xué)習(xí)，更需要理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合，將提升自身師德師風(fēng)落實(shí)到與孩子們相處的每分每秒中，在今后工作中我們將繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)，用行動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)“做人民滿意的教師”的承諾。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       教師是一個(gè)不斷學(xué)習(xí)、成長(zhǎng)的個(gè)體，而每一個(gè)個(gè)體的成長(zhǎng)都會(huì)影響著整個(gè)幼兒園的整體發(fā)展，所以只有不斷地學(xué)習(xí)，才能讓老師的專(zhuān)業(yè)水平不斷提高。同時(shí)<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">培訓(xùn)承載著成長(zhǎng)的希望，而我們?nèi)?zhèn)幼兒老師的希望最終匯成一個(gè)心愿：那就是快樂(lè)培訓(xùn)，資源共享；攜手同心，共同成長(zhǎng)！?</span></h3>
