white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">結(jié)束后，還有意猶未盡的老師上來要課件回去繼續(xù)研究探討。并向李副校長表達(dá)了自己的敬意和仰慕，熱情合影。</h3> 參觀教學(xué)點(diǎn) <h3>講座結(jié)束，開始第二輪的教研活動(dòng)。茹文高校長帶領(lǐng)我們?nèi)⒂^了兩個(gè)教學(xué)點(diǎn)。第一站是雷崗小學(xué)井崗教學(xué)點(diǎn)，有二十多名學(xué)生，五位教師。</h3> <h3>學(xué)校教學(xué)樓后面的校舍已拆除，不作教學(xué)區(qū)使用，里面樹木蔥蔥，還隱約看得出二十年前學(xué)校規(guī)模的痕跡。曾經(jīng)，這里是一所擁有分校，學(xué)生人數(shù)幾乎達(dá)千人的大規(guī)模學(xué)校，城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展，對(duì)農(nóng)村的教育是沖擊性的。學(xué)生流失，師資缺失，而留下來的學(xué)生面臨的是教育困境。據(jù)該校工友介紹，目前這里最缺的是美術(shù)和音樂老師。</h3> <h3>學(xué)校里有一間溫馨的教室，門口掛著“希望家園”的牌子。據(jù)茹校長介紹，這相當(dāng)于學(xué)生的閱覽室，也是對(duì)村民進(jìn)行教育培訓(xùn)的地方。里面設(shè)施完善，有舒適的桌椅、先進(jìn)的多媒體教學(xué)平臺(tái)。一問中學(xué)的陳主任笑稱教室比她們學(xué)校還要先進(jìn)。</h3> <h3>第二站是大八中心小學(xué)吉水教學(xué)點(diǎn)，門口還保留著以前的模樣。一進(jìn)門口，右側(cè)就是旗桿，紅旗高高飄揚(yáng)。教學(xué)樓前是一望無際的田野，待到收獲時(shí)節(jié)，坐在教室里眺望窗外，金黃的稻浪隨風(fēng)起伏，那幅景象一定很壯觀。</h3> 交流研討 <h3>參觀結(jié)束，我們一行人回到大八鎮(zhèn)教育辦公室進(jìn)行交流研討。<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
