white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 讓我印象很深刻的是方芬老師的《認識長方形和正方形》，整節(jié)課過程流暢、環(huán)環(huán)相扣、深入淺出、引人入勝。以拋出問題，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過數(shù)、量、折、比的學(xué)習(xí)方法探究、解決問題貫穿始終。課堂氣氛熱烈，學(xué)生積極參與，表達清晰完整。由此可看出老師深厚的教學(xué)功底、精湛的教學(xué)技藝和對學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)精心全面的培養(yǎng)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 最后是咸寧實驗外校的駱明艷老師帶來了她多年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)《小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)常見教學(xué)策略的應(yīng)用和策略》，通過對比新手型老師和經(jīng)驗性老師的教學(xué)片斷，詳細全面地教給我們提問和理答的策略和建議；利用生成性資源的策略和建議；在課堂中實施有效評價的策略和建議；促成學(xué)生認知沖突的策略和建議。對比老師給出的策略和建議，意識到我教學(xué)中存在的一些不妥和不足之處，我將以駱老師的策略和建議為方向目標(biāo)，努力提高自己的教學(xué)水平，使自己的課堂生動、開放、有深度，成為孩子們快樂的源泉。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
