-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我從小出生在一個貧困農(nóng)民家庭，兄弟姊妹眾多，從小飽受生活之苦。吃飽穿暖都是一件奢侈的事情，但我又是幸運的，我有勤爬苦作的父母，從未因為學費而擔心。正因為有他們的堅持和鼓勵我才得以讀書成才，才能有幸站在這個講臺上做一名老師。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">小時候父親經(jīng)常跟我講知識可以改變命運，特別是我們普通的人家更要靠讀書才能過上安穩(wěn)體面的生活，父親說他就是吃了沒文化的虧，一輩子面朝黃土背朝天，讓我做老師是父親一直希望的，能夠教書育人一輩子也平靜踏實，父親的良苦用心也是在我為人父母以后才體會到的，還好我實現(xiàn)了父親當時的愿望，但我深知作為老師我身上的擔子是沉甸甸的。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在走上教師崗位之前，我當過兵，做過水電工，售后服務，電腦培訓，輾轉十多個省市，深知生活的艱辛和不容易，急切需要一份安穩(wěn)的工作。于是，我選擇了做一名人民教師。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我這個半路出家的老師，邊教也學，在學習中不斷成長。轉眼，在講臺上已有十七個年頭。也算桃李滿天下，親眼見證一張張稚氣可愛的面孔入校，也親自送走他們，我把余生所學知識傾囊相授，我希望他們都可以成為對社會有用的人。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">那是2014年的暑假，我接到了一個陌生的電話！“何老師，你還好嗎？我是于東海。”我腦海里迅速搜索：這是我?guī)У牡谝粚脤W生，調皮搗蛋，成績差，不太愛干凈的男生，可謂傷透了腦筋！“老師，你有空嗎？我們班幾個同學請你一起聚聚。我們在老菜館等你！”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">當我踏進老菜館的時候，幾個打扮得體的帥哥美女們迎了上來。有些熟悉的面孔，沒有稚嫩，談吐自如，與讀書的時候大相徑庭，看得出來，他們混得不錯！在席間，我感受到了學生們的熱情與真誠?！昂卫蠋煟x謝那時候對我們的教誨，沒有你那時的皮鞭，真的沒有我們的現(xiàn)在”幾位學生如是說。說實話，此時我的心情是無味雜陳。雖然在帶他們的時候，勞心勞力，但從未沒有正眼看過他們，也不會想到他們會有今天的成績。也許，我真的錯了。我們在教育孩子時，不要只看成績，更多關注的是情感教育，人格發(fā)展。在以后的這幾年，我經(jīng)常受到他們的邀請。師以至此，夫復何求。當看到我的同仁們?yōu)閷W生的成績勞心勞力，捶胸頓足，甚至暴跳如雷，我是既感動又惋惜，感動我們的教育工作者，猶如蠟燭，猶如春蠶；惋惜于我們的同事們，在拿自己的身體開玩笑。為什么就不換位思考，為什么就不改變方式了，為什么就不能心平氣和的呢？</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我在建全有一位同事賀老師，和我搭班，工作認真負責，對學生的要求相當嚴格，年年被評為縣級校級優(yōu)秀教師。賀老師對待工作認真負責，生活一樣的精彩。每天的晨練必不可少，下班回家和妻子一同做飯，時不時邀我們這群年輕人共進晚餐，雖然年齡相差二十多歲，依然與我胡談海吹，開著年輕人的玩笑，唱著阿杜和刀郎的歌。周末，不是約三五朋友釣魚聚會，就是約友人游玩，盡情追尋生活的樂趣！五十多歲人，活得比二十多歲還自在。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">就在去年，我偶遇到賀老師，他已經(jīng)從崗位上退下來了。他穿著得體，一件干凈的白色襯衫襯著他那始終微笑的臉。他是陪他父親在長江邊散步的。他父親應該九十多了吧，依然精神矍鑠。我仿佛在這對父子身上找到了長壽的秘訣，那就是對生活和工作無限的樂觀與熱情！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
