-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 活動(dòng)伊始，主備者林華媛、金永、莊秀寬等三位老師，就在線遞交了教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，在大家認(rèn)真通讀了教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)后，由主備者闡述自己的教學(xué)設(shè)想，提出自己在備課中的困惑之處和需要解決的問(wèn)題。工作室全體成員都以研究者的身份參與進(jìn)來(lái)，圍繞具體課例展開(kāi)研究。“要緊扣本單元的語(yǔ)文素養(yǎng)，借助語(yǔ)言文字展開(kāi)想象” “要做好課堂‘減肥’工作，不宜面面俱到” “想象畫面，描述畫面，這是個(gè)內(nèi)化語(yǔ)言的過(guò)程”……大家積極交流了自己的見(jiàn)解，在交流中碰撞出思想的火花，在探究合作中達(dá)成共識(shí)，群策群力，發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)作用。領(lǐng)銜人盧老師在兼顧全局的情況下，深入淺出、娓娓道來(lái)，提出了許多建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)，她在“高大上”與“接地氣”之間切換自如，游刃有余。讓每一位參與研討活動(dòng)的老師都受益匪淺。大家都紛紛感慨：有了名師的指點(diǎn)迷津，真如撥云見(jiàn)日，教學(xué)中的許多困惑迎刃而解。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
