-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">確立科學(xué)、合理、有效的研修主題，是主題研修成功的一半，如果主題確立錯(cuò)了、偏了、窄了，接下來所有研修活動(dòng)都是徒勞無功的，最后教師看不到自己研修<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">成果，教學(xué)水平、業(yè)務(wù)能力也沒有提升，這樣無效的主題研修費(fèi)時(shí)、費(fèi)力沒有成效，老師對(duì)于主題研修也會(huì)有很大的抵觸情緒。我們研修主題的設(shè)立一定要來自于課堂教學(xué)，不是憑空捏造，這樣才能真學(xué)習(xí)，真研究，才會(huì)真正的解決問題，最后才會(huì)有真成果，老師才會(huì)真提升，教師才會(huì)真心喜歡上主題研修。我們研修主要缺少真與實(shí)，沒有真與實(shí)，制定多么完善的評(píng)價(jià)制度，都是徒勞無功的。主題研修活動(dòng)的開展，要在主題的確立上、在研修的真與實(shí)上下功夫。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
