<h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3> “師者，傳道授業(yè)解惑也”，這是韓愈在《師說(shuō)》中詮釋的教師的職業(yè)含義。要做到這一點(diǎn)，教師就要堅(jiān)持思考和學(xué)習(xí)，不斷轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念，更新知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備，做一名終身學(xué)習(xí)型的教師，在不斷地學(xué)習(xí)中不斷成長(zhǎng)。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3> <h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 11月14-15日，我們滿懷著那份對(duì)教育的熱愛(ài)，以及不斷提升自己專業(yè)的期望，有幸參加了常德市2019年小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)、小學(xué)科學(xué)市級(jí)骨干教師課堂教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)觀摩會(huì)。本次研討活動(dòng)為我們搭建了一個(gè)高層次的學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)，在短短兩天的時(shí)間里，我們共觀摩了12節(jié)示范課，其中有兩節(jié)是小學(xué)科學(xué)課。來(lái)自不同縣城的骨干教師們嫻熟的教學(xué)技能，鮮明的教學(xué)特色，精湛的教學(xué)藝術(shù)，愉快的課堂氣氛，幽默風(fēng)趣的教學(xué)語(yǔ)言，深深的感染、熏陶著我們。<br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3> <h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 開(kāi)幕式剪影，是孩子們的俏皮可愛(ài)。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3> <h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 第一位讓我印象深刻的老師是來(lái)自常德市武陵區(qū)第一小學(xué)的周虹老師。周老師給我們展示了一堂《分?jǐn)?shù)的初步認(rèn)識(shí)》，本堂課周老師始終順著學(xué)生的思維而導(dǎo)，課堂就像聊天玩游戲一樣，在周老師甜美的笑容里，整堂課都非常輕松愉悅。<br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3> <h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 這堂課是幼專附小的王愛(ài)群老師帶來(lái)的《分?jǐn)?shù)的初步認(rèn)識(shí)》。王老師在小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)上的專業(yè)性，令我們這些青年教師敬佩不已！王老師通過(guò)對(duì)生活實(shí)例與直觀圖形的研究，使學(xué)生逐步理解了幾分之一的具體含義，建立了分?jǐn)?shù)的初步概念，知道了分?jǐn)?shù)各部分的名稱，會(huì)讀、會(huì)寫(xiě)幾分之一的分?jǐn)?shù)。以教師為主導(dǎo)，學(xué)生為主體，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過(guò)動(dòng)手操作、觀察比較和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)等，發(fā)展了學(xué)生的形象思維和抽象思維。<br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
