<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 清色寒風(fēng)下，送教暖人心。為了加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村與鎮(zhèn)街中心學(xué)校的聯(lián)系，充分發(fā)揮中心學(xué)校的引領(lǐng)和示范作用，促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)教師之間的交流合作，11月20日，鄭山街道中心幼兒園三位骨干教師對(duì)鄭山鎮(zhèn)沙埠幼兒園進(jìn)行送教下鄉(xiāng)活動(dòng)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 今天我和另外兩位老師一起下鄉(xiāng)送教，送教地點(diǎn)鄭山街道沙埠幼兒園。沙埠園是2019年新建園，兩個(gè)月前我們還在那熱火朝天的打掃衛(wèi)生，準(zhǔn)備迎接新生入園，一轉(zhuǎn)眼的功夫已經(jīng)步入正軌，教室布置的有模有樣。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們考慮農(nóng)村的孩子在藝術(shù)方面接觸的機(jī)會(huì)相對(duì)較少，針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象，送教課題側(cè)重藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域。課題分別選擇中班音樂《小老鼠和泡泡糖》 ， 大班美術(shù)《奇妙的圓點(diǎn)畫》 和《荷葉下的小蝌蚪》 。本次教育活動(dòng)的另一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)是面向全體30名幼兒，不過多借助多媒體技術(shù)，這非常考驗(yàn)教師過硬的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和靈活的教育機(jī)智，所以在活動(dòng)課件和活動(dòng)材料的準(zhǔn)備上老師都下足了功夫。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我的“圓點(diǎn)畫”在正式上課之前進(jìn)行了試講，發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些瑕疵，一副畫的制作方法從撕改為畫，從畫改到剪，幾經(jīng)變更，今天操作的時(shí)間還是有些過長(zhǎng)了。但驚喜總比困難多，孩子在創(chuàng)作的時(shí)候給了我太多驚喜。在分組指導(dǎo)時(shí)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)一位孩子手里的畫貼“錯(cuò)”了， 簡(jiǎn)筆畫輪廓明明是一只牛頭，他卻把眼睛粘到了牛鼻子的位置。我甚至覺得他“錯(cuò)”的有些離譜，趕緊問：“你怎么把眼睛粘到這里呢？”他毫不猶豫地說：“這是一只螃蟹啊?！蔽一腥淮笪?，把這只牛頭反著拿，不就是一只螃蟹嗎？它不僅可以是牛頭，是螃蟹，還可以是你任何能想出來的物體，孩子的想象力真的是超出天體宇宙。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 亞飛老師《荷葉下的小蝌蚪》不僅易操作而且美觀大方，水粉顏料和太空泥的有趣結(jié)合，一副清新脫俗的荷塘景色躍然紙上。黑色的蝌蚪長(zhǎng)大后變成青蛙，王老師說下次帶著他們做青蛙，我想發(fā)出靈魂質(zhì)問：王老師你真的會(huì)去嗎？</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 吳潔老師的音樂活動(dòng)生動(dòng)風(fēng)趣，幼兒不但能用自然好聽的聲音演唱歌曲，而且能用角色扮演的方式演繹歌曲內(nèi)容。她把天生自帶的可愛氣質(zhì)很好的發(fā)揮到了課堂上。與幼兒互動(dòng)游戲時(shí)就是大孩子，教態(tài)大方自然。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 活動(dòng)結(jié)束后，園長(zhǎng)帶領(lǐng)全體教師集中研討，對(duì)本次活動(dòng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)給與及時(shí)反饋，教師通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)進(jìn)行自我完善和自我提升。</h3> <p style="text-align: center;
