青年教師展風(fēng)采教學(xué)比賽促提升——“郎溪縣第二屆小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)青年教師教學(xué)大獎賽”（城關(guān)片賽區(qū)）

<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  為進(jìn)一步落實新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，著力培養(yǎng)青年教師隊伍建設(shè)，鼓勵青年教師積極參與教學(xué)研究，提高新課程實施能力。由教體局教研室組織的第二屆小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)青年教師教學(xué)大獎賽（城關(guān)片賽區(qū)）的比賽于2019年11月25日-29日，分別在金橋?qū)W校和建平中心小學(xué)舉行。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  比賽由教研室朱字菲主任全程主持。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  五天的比賽，25節(jié)課。分為課堂教學(xué)、教學(xué)反饋、專題講座三個板塊。參賽教師從教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方式方法、教學(xué)語言、教具準(zhǔn)備等方面都做了精心準(zhǔn)備。選手們的表現(xiàn)得到了現(xiàn)場評委的充分肯定。在比賽過程中，青年教師們緊扣教學(xué)目標(biāo)，熟練運用多媒體現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)手段，創(chuàng)設(shè)生動的問題情境，組織小組探究，貫徹著數(shù)學(xué)源于生活，應(yīng)用于生活的教學(xué)理念。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  賽后，由朱字菲主任分別針對青年教師課堂中出現(xiàn)的問題作逐一反饋，同時根據(jù)比賽中的問題做了《有效課堂教學(xué)策略研究》的專題講座，指出青年教師認(rèn)真研讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并帶領(lǐng)大家學(xué)習(xí)了課標(biāo)中十大核心素養(yǎng)，要求青年教師在課堂設(shè)計過程中多思考學(xué)生學(xué)什么、教師怎么教的問題來打磨自己的課程與專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  至此，郎溪縣第二屆小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)青年教師課堂教學(xué)大獎賽的所有也賽程劃上了圓滿的句號。 </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  本次大賽共吸引了來自20所學(xué)校、54位教師的參與，為我縣小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)青年教師提供了一次促學(xué)、共研的成長平臺。朱主任肯定了青年教師的付出與進(jìn)步，同時提醒年輕的老師們要切記驕傲與懈怠，希望他們能基于尊重教材，尊重學(xué)生的前提，多讀書、勤鉆研、擅追問、重反思，努力提升自己的專業(yè)水平，更快的成長為小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科的骨干力量。</h3>
