盛世年華教育情，盤點一九再出征—董集實驗學校2019年度工作總結

white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-size: 17px;">        學校始終把立德樹人作為教育的根本任務，在區(qū)教育局及董集鎮(zhèn)黨委政府的關懷指導下，以“仁愛”核心理念為引領，圍繞“給孩子一輩子丟不掉的……”辦學目標，確定“依法治校、以人為本、狠抓質量、凸顯亮點”的治校思想。</span></h1> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       工作中，我校不斷加強教師隊伍思想道德建設，先后組織召開“堅持立德樹人回歸教育初心”教育理念大討論活動、“提質量強管理促發(fā)展”教育工作推進大會，在全校教師中評選“優(yōu)秀教師”、“優(yōu)秀班主任”、“功勛教師”等，樹立典型，發(fā)揮榜樣的力量。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1、依法治校，建立健全各種規(guī)章制度</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        成立決策機構，學校先后成立董集鎮(zhèn)教育委員會、董集實驗學校校委會等機構，對董集鎮(zhèn)教育工作、董集實驗學校教育教學等工作進行統(tǒng)籌引領。嚴格管理規(guī)范，根據依法治?？偡结?，一年內，學校逐漸建立健全教師工作規(guī)范、學生日常行為規(guī)范、學生資助、宿舍管理、班子成員周例會、班主任周例會、半日教研、早午讀考勤獎懲等各項規(guī)章制度，同時要求各功能處室，嚴格落實各項規(guī)章制度，做到有規(guī)可依、有規(guī)必依。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       中層班子組建后，學校在全校范圍內進行全員競崗聘任，各教師根據年級、學科實際情況進行崗位競聘，“人盡其才”的目標得到充分落實，各教師崗位均衡調配，“以人為本”最終落到實處。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（3）陽光分班保公平</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       為保證學生權利，堅持教育公平，學校教務處牽頭組織起始年級入學及分班工作。小學部深入鎮(zhèn)域內幼兒園，對適齡兒童進行摸底調查，初中部對接小學部，掌握適齡學生情況。招生工作開始后，通過學校微信公眾號、美篇、家長微信群等方式宣傳招生政策、計劃、流程，并發(fā)放入學通知書，公布招生工作電話。然后邀請鎮(zhèn)人大代表、政協(xié)委員、家長代表全程公開監(jiān)督，進行陽光分班，堅決維護學生平等入學權利，本年度一年級、六年級入學，無一人出現分班后調班現象。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       基于學校仁愛理念的落實，更為了在緊張的工作之余能放松心情，學校安排工會每月組織一次教師類活動，既有鋼筆字、粉筆字等基本功比賽，也有跳繩、趣味游戲等文體活動?；顒拥拈_展，既豐富了校園文化生活，增強了全體師生的凝聚力和歸屬感，提升了老師的幸福指數。更讓人欣喜的是，2020年的元旦聯歡，把我們大家庭的多才多藝展現的淋漓盡致。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       根據學校整體情況，2019年8月，在全校范圍內通過自主報名、民主評議、面試競崗等程序組建新一屆學校中層團隊，做好學校領導班子工作分工安排，形成責任追究制。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">(2)社團小組育英才</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      學校遵循教育規(guī)律辦教育，在低年級開設包括書法、閱讀、國畫、舞蹈、合唱、科技、理化探究、非洲鼓等類別的學校興趣小組，開展第二課堂和社團活動的教學，真正做到以學生為本，提升學生各方面素質，促進學生成長、成才，2020年元旦聯歡開場節(jié)目“非洲鼓”，充分展示了我校素質教育的成果。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       本年度的半日教研，以學習課程標準、制定教學計劃、解決教學中常見問題、觀摩優(yōu)質課例為主題，教研內容及過程以簡報形式呈現，總結出了教研計劃——主題活動——簡報總結的模式，確保將半日教研做實。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       教學常規(guī)工作中，進一步突出實用性，堅決杜絕無常規(guī)組織教學情況，做到教學規(guī)范化。更杜絕假常規(guī)應付檢查情況，以免造成師生的雙重負擔。針對教學常規(guī)實用性問題，通過召開教學教研推進會、教案展評、集中測評等活動，進一步統(tǒng)一思想、明確認識，做到真正為教學服務。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       為了提升教師的教育教學能力，學校通過多種形式的競賽活動促進教師學習、提升能力。校級優(yōu)質課暨一師一優(yōu)課評選、校級創(chuàng)新試題競賽、青年教師命題大賽等各種競賽的舉行，提升了廣大教師的學習熱情，促進了全校的教學教研氛圍，為全體教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升提供了集體研磨的機會。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       本年度的青藍工程打破了慣有的大水漫灌的方式，選擇了精準定向方式。選擇五對教師組成青藍工程教師成長共同體，采取教研等評比結果兩人共同使用的方式提高參與積極性。同時采取跨年級結對的方式，以便青年教師從整體把握教材，形成體系。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       為切實提升教育教學質量，同時促進現代化教學技術在教學中的應用，抓好學科教學與信息化技術的有機整合，學校與十六制課堂合作，在英語、數學、化學、語文等學科中開展信息化與學科教學的整合實驗，以求通過現代化手段提升課堂教學效率，促進教育教學質量的提高。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（1）足球教育創(chuàng)特色</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2019年，學校大力發(fā)展足球教學，在盡職盡責的足球教練培養(yǎng)下，在各位老師的支持下，我校足球隊樹形象，強素質，在國家級、省市區(qū)等各級足球比賽中，踢出了學校的精氣神，為董集實驗學校學校、墾利區(qū)教育局甚至東營市對外樹立了良好的正形象，獲得了兩個國家級獎項，四個市級獎項、兩個區(qū)級獎項，并且收獲了包括對手在內的滿滿的贊譽，只因為我們的休息場地最整潔、我們的書包也能“兩人成列”、我們即使輸掉比賽也輸不掉精氣神！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       2019年，學校在“以仁潤心，用愛化人”辦學理念引領下，經過全校語文老師齊心協(xié)力的無私奉獻，對唐詩宋詞進行梳理、整合，開發(fā)了具有“仁愛”特色的“日有樂誦”教材，現在的校園廣播，每天都在放學時間段播送其中內容，既傳承了經典，又提升了學生的“仁愛”素養(yǎng)，潛移默化的培養(yǎng)學生仁心、愛心、誠心、責任心。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       2019年5月6日、8日，中學部、小學部根據換屆要求，分別召開了第三屆家長委員會成立大會，積極發(fā)動家長們獻計獻策，參與學校的工作，使學校教育和家庭教育互相配合，互相滲透。家長委員會依據工作計劃，組織家長們參與家長開放日，整個2019年，學校已召開了12期的“家和”讀書會，為家長提供免費的家庭教育指導服務和重點宣傳普及教育知識,引導家長尊重教育規(guī)律和青少年成長規(guī)律,形成正確的人才觀和成才觀，為家校合作、共同培育孩子奠定堅實的理論基礎，2020年1月7日，我校又舉行了董集實驗學校首屆家長節(jié)，再度為家校共育奠定了堅實的基礎。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       2019年已與我們悄然擦肩，成績雖讓我們欣喜，不足和短板也是我們在座每一位董集教育人的在梗之魚，面對2020，我們將繼續(xù)秉承“依法治校以人為本狠抓質量凸顯亮點”十六字治校思想，把“向管理要質量，向特色要亮點”的號角吹得再響亮一些，以存好心、說好話、行好事、做好人為工作準則，以教育者的心胸和情懷，以教育者的責任和擔當，共創(chuàng)董集實驗學校美好的明天！</h3>
