font-size: 23px; line-height: normal; font-family: "PingFang SC"; color: rgb(69, 69, 69); white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">璜土鎮(zhèn)老年學(xué)校由鎮(zhèn)（老年協(xié)會(huì)）離退休干部協(xié)會(huì)初創(chuàng)于1992年?，F(xiàn)有鎮(zhèn)（中心）校一所和利城村、小湖村、篁村村、常澤橋村、匯南村、高栗村、蘆墩村、石莊村、花港苑（啟港苑）村等9所老年學(xué)校分校，形成辦學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，實(shí)現(xiàn)全鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域辦學(xué)全覆蓋。參加老年學(xué)校活動(dòng)的不僅有鎮(zhèn)離退休干部、教師，還有普通老年人，實(shí)現(xiàn)了老年人群全覆蓋。教學(xué)內(nèi)容有時(shí)事政治、老年生活常識(shí)，老年法律常識(shí)、老年人健康保健等，實(shí)現(xiàn)了老年生活全覆蓋。</h3><p class="p1" style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 23px; line-height: normal; font-family: "PingFang SC"; color: rgb(69, 69, 69); white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我們的運(yùn)作機(jī)制是：每月安排一次集體講座，全年共安排10次（其中一次文藝演出）。老年中心校是每月8號(hào)下午，村老年學(xué)校分別安排在不同日期，由老年中心校派出講師授課（也可以分會(huì)長(zhǎng)自己安排），其余活動(dòng)由各村老年分會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)安排。講師由鎮(zhèn)（老年協(xié)會(huì)）離退休干部協(xié)會(huì)聘請(qǐng)，9位講師分別負(fù)責(zé)全鎮(zhèn)老年學(xué)校的講課任務(wù)。茶水等費(fèi)用，老年中心校由鎮(zhèn)（老年協(xié)會(huì)）離退休干部協(xié)會(huì)承擔(dān)，村老年學(xué)校的由各村承擔(dān)。</h3><p class="p1" style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 23px; line-height: normal; font-family: "PingFang SC"; color: rgb(69, 69, 69); white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">近年來，每學(xué)年初鎮(zhèn)老年協(xié)會(huì)、離退休干部協(xié)會(huì)都召開了由各村分會(huì)（分校校長(zhǎng)）、全體講師參加的聯(lián)席會(huì)議，黨總支杭榮民書記，對(duì)學(xué)年度全鎮(zhèn)老年學(xué)校辦學(xué)的指導(dǎo)思想、發(fā)展方向及辦學(xué)目標(biāo)作出具體的部署；就如何提高鎮(zhèn)老年學(xué)校的辦學(xué)實(shí)效提出了指導(dǎo)性意見。杭書記還親自主持鎮(zhèn)校新學(xué)年的開學(xué)典禮，就新學(xué)年的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)、具體要求一一做了講解。</h3><p class="p1" style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 23px; line-height: normal; font-family: "PingFang SC"; color: rgb(69, 69, 69); white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2016年我們會(huì)同璜土鎮(zhèn)成人（社區(qū)）教育中心開設(shè)老年興趣班。2017年璜土鎮(zhèn)成人（社區(qū)）教育中心根據(jù)老年人不同的需求興趣愛好，對(duì)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)置調(diào)整完善，開設(shè)了包括計(jì)算機(jī)、書畫、錫劇、廣場(chǎng)舞、拉丁舞、歌詠、民樂等課程培訓(xùn)班，周培訓(xùn)學(xué)員發(fā)展到現(xiàn)今的250人次。2016年12月老年學(xué)校建設(shè)獲江陰市社區(qū)教育“一鎮(zhèn)一品”特色項(xiàng)目，2017年10月，“老年學(xué)校特色建設(shè)及培訓(xùn)”項(xiàng)目被評(píng)為無錫市“終身學(xué)習(xí)品牌項(xiàng)目”。2017年12月，江陰開放大學(xué)璜土學(xué)習(xí)中心授牌。</h3><p class="p2" style="font-stretch: normal;
