<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">        時(shí)光在苒，眨眼間緊張而又忙碌的一個(gè)學(xué)期已經(jīng)過去了，在這一學(xué)期里,我付出辛勞,收獲的成功都與我的學(xué)生們一起品嘗了成長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)的苦與樂、回過頭，我終于欣然發(fā)現(xiàn)，在蹣跚學(xué)步的過程中,原來(lái)收獲頗豐。本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任304、 601班英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。但我力求在教學(xué)中做到扎實(shí)、有效,讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都有所收益，上好每一節(jié)課,帶好每一個(gè)學(xué)生。</span></h3> <h3> 三四班</h3><h3> 這些可愛的小朋友就是曾經(jīng)我所帶的104班的孩子們，由于我在一年級(jí)的時(shí)候擔(dān)任他們的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)老師，所以我們都彼此都有點(diǎn)熟悉，很有緣份現(xiàn)在三年級(jí)能教他們，他們活潑、可愛，上課都很積極。雖然一年級(jí)的時(shí)候英語(yǔ)不是主課但是他們上課都很認(rèn)真。</h3> <h3>在課堂上，認(rèn)真授課，由于是低年級(jí)教學(xué)我運(yùn)用實(shí)物教具，情景教學(xué)、手勢(shì)語(yǔ)言以及自然拼讀法、思維導(dǎo)圖等方法來(lái)啟發(fā)學(xué)生。教學(xué)生做游戲，唱英語(yǔ)歌來(lái)激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，注重師生互動(dòng)的教學(xué)，發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主動(dòng)性。<br></h3><h3> 為了讓自己更加容易記憶整個(gè)單元的單詞下面是我布置孩子們利用周末時(shí)間自己畫的思維導(dǎo)圖。</h3><h3></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        這些認(rèn)真的學(xué)生就是我所帶的六一班。這個(gè)班我從四年級(jí)第二學(xué)期開始就教他們的英語(yǔ)。所以我對(duì)大多數(shù)學(xué)生都是彼此很熟悉的。很開心能繼續(xù)帶他們班，這個(gè)班級(jí)大多數(shù)學(xué)生都很活潑好學(xué)，有很好的班級(jí)學(xué)風(fēng)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
