該同志1961年畢業(yè)于天津市武清區(qū)楊村笫一中學，后考入天津大學。1966年畢業(yè)于天津大學無線電專業(yè)，后被分配到天津半導體技術研究所工作。曾擔任天津市科委大型精密儀器辦公室主任。2002年（退休）到2016年被返聘參加分析測試職業(yè)技能培訓指導工作，并擔任天津分析測試協(xié)會秘書長。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(255,
